西姆雷酒店 (Simre Inn Hotel Safranbolu)

Worst hotel ever . They are liars . I called after booking for 2 minutes i booked the wrong area and they said yes we will cancel and return your money . But o found out he did not ! The typical scammer. . And booking should be more helpfull and professional with their customer service . That is why the hotels scam because the support service is weak and not interracting .

位置比較好 ，房屋陳舊一些，所以設施衞生等都一般，但是有自助早餐比較好，供應充分，質量也不錯，可以彌補一下其他方面的一般。總體是可以接受的。

Hotel has nice location, not in the historical centrer, but nearby in the modern part of the city, you have a lot of convenience stores, restaurants with cheap prices, and very close to the historical part of city. Staff is very kind. Breakfast is in form of buffet, nothing special, but just enough. It is very loudly in the room, walls are completely not soundproof, and there is a lot of loud noise from the very busy street. Car parking is just parking at the street in front of hotel, so not best option, but it is. Please note despite AC is mentioned in the offer, there were no remote controller to turn it on, and at reception they told us AC is not working. Given that you can find better hotel for less money, I had bigger expectations to this hotel.

房間是新粉刷的，圖片看著狀況還可以，但實際檔次很差，房屋裡邊的空調是個擺設，不能使用，前台不懂英語交流很困難，訂房網站上標三星實際半星與國內招待所水平差不多，不推薦入住，希望訂房網站下架此房。

很少寫差評，這家酒店必須差評，名不附實，特意選的空調房，結果擺個壁掛機充樣子，管路，電源根本就沒安裝，老舊房子簡單粉刷，充其量就是國內招待所水平，居然標三星
