位置介於機場與市中心之間，環境挺好的很安靜然後房間也比較大，前台服務也是很好，還可以在房間裡面點餐衹不過要下去自己拿就是了，這個價位在Surabaya算是不錯的了 設施：廁所裡面有些設施會比較老 衞生：挺乾淨的 環境：住在高層挺安靜的 服務：前台服務挺好的，保潔也很及時

ห้องกว้างขวาง อยู่ในตึกเดียวกับอาคารสำนักงาน รอบๆ โรงแรมไม่มีอะไรเท่าไหร่ ไม่มีเสียงรบกวนตอนกลางคืน ห้องธรรมดาไม่มีม่านกันแสง ทำให้แสงแยงตาตั้งแต่ตี 5 น้ำเปล่าให้ 2 ขวด สามารถซื้อเพิ่มได้ขวดละ 4,000 rupiah ผ้าเช็ดตัวมีให้เฉพาะผ้าเช็ดตัว ไม่มีผ้าเช็ดหัวให้ หากมากัน 3 หรือ 4 คน เเนะนำจองหัอง family เลย ได้หัอง 2 ชั้น (duplex) แยกส่วนกันมีห้องน้ำของตัวเองจะทำให้ราคารวมถูกกว่าจอง 2 ห้องแยกกัน

We really enjoyed our stay at Skysuite. The staff is so kind and helpful. As for the residence, I would say it’s the most worthwhile in Surabaya.

The room is massive! It has its living room with a sofa and also dining table. Everything works well and so clean. The staff also is very kind and informative. If something need to be improve is the bathroom, one of two toilet only has a curtain and not full to the floor so the water splash everywhere when taking the shower. Overall this is really nice hotel, will comeback again next time if I go to Surabaya. Thank you

ห้องดีมากๆ เดินทางสะดวก มากับครอบครัวตองโจทย์ที่สุด พนักงานต้อนรับใจดี น่ารัก มีมารยาท แนะนำสำหรับคนไทย มีอาหารรอบๆ โรงแรมด้วย มาด้วยกันกับเพื่อนหลายๆคนเริ่ดมาก

Huge rooms for family. Clean and nice view. The bathroom is okay, no bathtub just standard. Maybe in the future they will build a pool.

Saya menginap selama 10 hari di sini kamarnya luar biasa Krn dpt 2 lantai sekaligus utk kamar anak dan orang tua di atas dengan fasilitas seperti sewa 2 kamar..pelayanan ramah dan kebersihan sangat baik..hanya sarapan masih ala carte blm ada pelayanan antar ke kamar, blm ada kolam renang dan fasilitas spa..sejauh ini ok
