The location was great but I was extremely disappointed in the size of the room. The room I got was miniscule compared to some of the other rooms I had seen in the pictures- especially when you consider how much I was paying. Also there is no physical customer help desk at the property, we needed to message the person via SMS and response times were often very slow.
