Booked this hotel because of the convenience. It’s right in the middle of everything in a very walkable city. The hotel is right next to the train station. It houses a historique elevator dating from 1912. The room we stayed in was a suite and it was perfect. It even had a bathtub with lights and jets. Would definitely stay here again.

Does not have parking facilities at the hotel like it says in its advert could not park spent over an hour driving around looking for parking it was the only reason I booked it as I was driving a van subsequently cancelled my booking found another hotel with parking and now they won’t give me a refund due to there false advertising

ルーアン駅に著くのが夜遅くでしたが、立地は駅目の前なので迷わず到著でき安心、受付でもすぐご対応いただけて大変助かりました。 エレベーターが日本とは異なりびっくりしましたが、室內も含めて終始素敵な雰囲気で、葉うならばもっと宿泊したかったです。 荷物を預けてルーアン地區も散策でき大変ありがたかったです。またルーアン地區で宿泊する際はぜひ利用させて頂きたいです。

Best Western is a reliable chain hotel. Located next to Rouen Rail Station makes it a must to stay and it is central, walking distance to downtown. Highly recommended.

ルーアンの駅の目の前にあるので、google mapに頼ることなくたどり著くことができます。 スタッフの方がとても親切だったことと、ネームのところに対応できる言語が書かれていたので、とても安心することができました。 お部屋は、インテリアにこだわりが感じられて、とても可愛らしいなと感じました。あまり體の大きくないアジア人なのでそこまで狹いとは思いませんでしたが、大きなスーツケースや體の大きい方は少し狹いなと感じるかもしれないです。 バスルームは、ちょっと手作り感が感じられる雰囲気でしたが、パリのホテル代と比べるととても良心的な価格なので、その點に関しては特に不満はありませんでした。

Room is beautifully decorated. Amenities is sufficient. Location is perfect right infront of the train station. Is walkable to the crowded city centre. So is very well located. Room and wifi all works well. Only down side would just be the lighting’s of the room is a little dim as it gets late and theres no light near the door or mirror !
