Hotel was nice and the room was neat and tidy. Recieved the wrong room on arrival (I paid extra), and was changed to a smaller one instead. I asked for the difference back but unfortunately did not recieve anything. Would’ve like to be compensated but they said I agreed to a smaller room so wasn’t going to happen. Also, there are two locations, ours did not have a front desk just a messy table that functioned as a front desk, this could be improved on. However, hotel was nicely furnished and location was also good so thats a plus

Rooms and location is great but yes, if youre staying here please make sure to start at the main hotel about 300m approximately, away from this location as thats where you will be checking in. Staff is super kind and attentive. would recommend.

入住的時候遇到了小插曲，就是工作人員錯把我們的房間分配給別人，但是經過了一番調節還好順利入住了，工作人員的態度還是很好的，一直在盡力幫忙併且在最後給予了一定的補償。酒店的環境是不錯的很乾凈

不是路口的門面總店 而是更往裡走街道的一個小門 街道幽靜伴著路邊樹葉飄落不錯 如果還沒拿到門卡衹是行李寄存的話 雖然接待説11點前有人值守 但比較不幸值班人生病請假了的話可是不會有人幫你開門的哦 如果好運能接通路口總店前台電話的話 那就請移步到路口辦理入住吧 全自助 不提供任何一次性洗漱用品哦包括吹風機 要借請和前台溝通好看什麼時間有空才會送來 所以一定要自備好 床很大是乾淨的 衞生間門是吊移門款式 擺正也是兩邊透開的 所以介意上衞生間私密性的話請謹慎考慮 退房是可以把卡瀟灑扔在樓下接待處筐裡的 有外國小哥這麼幹 當然擔心按金退還問題的話還是跑一趟路口總店辦理退房保險些

The hotel is quite good but the only problem is that u have to check in in another property and come back to stay, though the two properties are quite close to each other.
