With a last minute decision to visit Rotterdam with my son, we chanced upon Art Hotel. Modestly priced and right next to Maashaven, it took less than 10 minutes to reach from Rotterdam Centraal. Even we arrived late after 10pm, there was nothing to worry about as the hotel is right next to the Metro station and brightly lit! The reception was fabulously served by Nadia who upgraded us to a 4 bedder in 2 rooms. Room was clean, set at the right temperature and shower was hot and at the right pressure. Nothing to complain about!

本來連住兩晚的酒店，第一天感覺不錯的，結果第二天回來發現我的床上有個大大的黑色蟲子在爬，被我拍死後到前台投訴，感覺我要坑她們一樣，一直問我想怎樣…認知有問題吧…

距離地鐵站很近很近，出門就是metro。景色也很好，可以看到一個大湖。基本的設施也都有冰箱，吹風機都有。

地點不錯,過馬路就是地鐵站,前臺靚女非常友善,十分不錯,下次可以再去,門口停車場很難或找位置,酒店停車費25歐比較貴了一點,溫馨提示,能夠搭公共交通最好,不然的話荷蘭路面情況十分混亂,有幾年沒有去過,市中心停車費用超昂貴,和收費衹是很混亂,大家小心為上.

無獨有偶 上一次也是定的這家酒店，預訂的時候是雙床房 給你的是三人間 房型看不懂，好在早餐還可以，地理位置OK，離展覽中心近。交通也很方便。

Very weird staff behaviour, ive stayed more than 3 times in this hotel. Never answering the concerns, as a frequent traveller tried to modify stay date staff didnt accept the request, nice approvals with not feedback. Early morning, cleaning staf will start throwing brackets and mops in the hallway to make sure you wake up early

Een sfeervol hotel, spontaan en vriendelijk personeel, prettig ontspannen contact, service klaar, goede kamers met heerlijke bedden. Ontbijtbuffet dik voor mekaar. Restaurant 'Mio Papa' /bar relaxed lekker eten en drinken.
