羅托魯瓦馬斯登住宿 (Marsden Stay Rotorua)

Stayed here recently and overall had a great experience. The location is excellent — close to town and attractions, which made getting around very convenient. Plenty of parking available too, which was a big plus. The room was warm and comfortable, which made it a nice place to come back to after a long day. Only minor downside was the shower drainage — the water didn’t go down as quickly as expected, so it pooled a little. Other than that, everything was clean and well-maintained. Would definitely consider staying here again.

The room was okay but there was no pool due to maintenance. Also, no common area even for microwave (on the website, there is photo for shared kitchen that’s why we chose here since we have kids so at least we could have easy breakfast) that was shame. Anyway, not too bad for just staying and sleeping for a night though.

The hotel is in a good position and very walkable. There is a restaurant two streets away, heading towards the main town. It has a huge menu and good prices/food. The room is very nice, heating is very efficient. Staff are helpful and the parking is abundant. Overall a nice place to stay.

I did a road 訂房網站 through the North Island and picked up this hotel because it was right in between Rotorua and Wellington The room had everything ready in case you wanted to bring some dinner there such as a microwave, kettle, dishes, etc (it did not have a stove inside the room but maybe you can use the common area) I have to say, out of all the hotels I stayed at in Australia and New Zealand over the course of 2 weeks, this one was the only one that had a proper WiFi internet in the room. Meaning that I was finally able to watch streaming services such as Netflix without any problems (I cannot say the same for the internet at the Hilton Sydney!) There is a supermarket, gas station and many restaurants nearby so it was a perfect location to stop by and continue on a road 訂房網站.

The service was good people at the counter were very nice, the room itself was a little dirty had to reward the cups and the shower had a weird funky thing in it. The shower itself was really bad didn’t stay hot or cold it just had a mind of its own, the bed was uncomfortable but I expected it with the price. The room was way to hot needs an aircon or more air flow and the walls are paper thin you can hear everyone else snore in the other rooms so don’t expect peace and quiet.

Great location for wanting travel to Taupo and still be able to visit attractions in Rotorua too. The actual stay at the Marsdan Hotel wasn't the greatest. For a start, when checking in, had to pay and extra $100 for bond for any damages incurred during our stay and would be released back to me once checked out, this won't actually be released for 3-5 business days though. 2. Once arriving to our room via the staircase which by the way we're old and creaky and didn't feel up to standard, the room fridge wasn't switched on with little milk pots inside so they were warm but it also meant we couldn't keep anything chilled while the fridge had to turn on and start cooling. 3. The TV didn't work, at all. Tried to unplug it from wall and plugged back in to no avail. Alas, tried to contact someone from reception, oh wait, reception is closed and no after-hours service. 4. The bathroom sink tap had no running water so we couldn't actually wash our hands after doing our business. 5. No after hours service to accommodate any of the stayers for any other issues. The cleanliness was on par with your standard house clean, gave the vibe of ex-housing for the WINZ benefits type motels. Paint on the hinges, couldn't close the bathroom door properly cause of the amount of paint on the door. Couldn't open the curtains fully as half of them were nailed shut. Not pleasant. When checking out, I was finally able to report these things and was only told that it would be passed on to the manager. No offer of discounts or refunds of any sorts not even an apology. Definitely will not be staying again.

The room we stayed in is quite spacious and clean. Very close to local supermarkets and Eat street. However hotel building seems a bit old on the outside but the rooms have been renovated.

Freshly renovated but lacking proper ventilation especially in bathroom. Cabinet is mispositioned and bed is too soft.
