克里夫蘭瑟莫汽車旅館 (Asure Cleveland Rotorua)

是次入住體驗良好, 房間清潔, 暖氣充足, 浴室水壓很好, 源源不絕的熱水淋浴。旅館設有一個戶外地熱溫水泳池, 很適合一家大細享用。另設有2間獨立房的礦物溫泉池, 私隱度高, 我和家人都很喜歡。

On arrival we were greeted by a very lovely lady in reception. Sadly we weren’t happy with our room. First impression as we walked in there was a very badly stained carpet, then went into the kitchen to a hot tap constantly dripping, really badly stained coffee cups, dirty old used scourer and kitchen brush. The shower had mould on the wall and toilet stained. We had a few small cockroaches crawling through the room and there was no servicing of the room over the weekend which we were not informed about. 所謂的早餐太次，就兩片麵包，兩罐酸奶，一盒200毫升牛奶，幾個果醬，辦理入住的當天就放房間裡，關鍵是酸奶、牛奶都沒放冰箱。所謂的motel 溫泉，就兩個中國70年代的貼瓷磚的池子。

Our room was comfortable and very convenient for our visit.

是次入住體驗很好, 房間清潔乾淨, 最喜歡2個獨立房間的礦物溫泉池, 水溫適中, 私隱度高, 我和家人都很享受。戶外地熱溫水泳池也很適合一家大細暢泳。
