On arrival we were greeted by a very lovely lady in reception. Sadly we weren’t happy with our room. First impression as we walked in there was a very badly stained carpet, then went into the kitchen to a hot tap constantly dripping, really badly stained coffee cups, dirty old used scourer and kitchen brush. The shower had mould on the wall and toilet stained. We had a few small cockroaches crawling through the room and there was no servicing of the room over the weekend which we were not informed about. It’s not a place we would want to stay in again. Allan & Doreen Allan

所謂的早餐太次，就兩片麵包，兩罐酸奶，一盒200毫升牛奶，幾個果醬，辦理入住的當天就放房間裡，關鍵是酸奶、牛奶都沒放冰箱。所謂的motel 溫泉，就兩個中國70年代的貼瓷磚的池子。

Bridge was very helpful. recommended many attractions and offered discount vouchers to us. I especially like the Themal bath. Used it twice a day.
