如果再來羅託魯瓦還會選擇這家美麗的老酒店入住房間滿意有特色唯一不足就是房間裡寫字枱被前住客不知道打翻過什麼還是粘過什麼桌上粘粘的且無法擦乾淨其他房間裡設施都挺滿意注意這是一家歷史悠久的古樸老酒店房間設施新舊程度並不能和現代化新裝修酒店去比較如果你喜歡這種老的感覺這種氛圍這家就很適合反之亦然我們的房間在二樓轉角我很喜歡空間比較大我看到隔壁的房間我們這間寬敞很多房間裡採光極佳雖然我不喜歡打開窗簾房間朝著一條安靜的小路隔音沒問題在床上可以舒睡還有一點不足就是房間電視機好小希望能更新換代成巨大尺寸的電視機哈不過電視台豐富好幾個好看的電影頻道喜歡畫質也很清晰就是尺寸小了洗澡水舒服大熱水壓足夠酒店會客廳很漂亮喜歡大沙發和兩個暖洋洋的燒木頭火爐還有國際象棋能玩還有當天報紙能看悠閑地在這裡坐坐喝一杯茶水也很舒服每天下午都有一個小籃子裡面放滿小蘋果供住客食用早餐廳也蠻美的不大早餐可以紐西蘭也是全英早餐營養和吃飽都有品種就不要想象哈我和媽媽每天都會來這裡用早餐其中有一天因為一早跟團出去玩報了羅託魯瓦遊客訊息中心的一日團我們準時來到早餐廳打包了一些麵包等外帶早餐一位年長華人廚師看到我們在打包食物告訴了負責早餐的一位女士她進來問我們我告訴了她之後她很親切讓我們打包早餐帶走我不喜歡那位年長華人廚師有問題可以當場問我而不是像告狀一樣這點不太愉快不過不會影響我對這家酒店整體的喜歡早餐廳這位女士和一位年輕女孩還有一個高個年輕中國人廚師都非常好我們入住當天有個28寸大行李箱沒辦法自己提上樓跟前台説了後前台很好請了這個高個中國年輕廚師來幫我們把行李箱提上了二樓退房時我也提前和訂房網站酒店管家聯繫請前台能安排幫助幫提下樓前台也都積極給予了幫助很感謝因為我們一個是老年人一個是手臂有殘疾的人如果我可以會自己提行李上樓這個細節希望酒店以後也能改善能否外部加裝個行李運送小電梯幫助所有住客上下行李我看到兩個韓國女孩很費勁把大箱子拿上樓她們可能沒有尋求前台幫助又或者因為都是健康人所以自己擡行李上去了但我覺得這個應該是酒店解決的服務問題雖然預訂前就看清楚了酒店沒有電梯因為喜歡所以希望酒店能做的更好另外酒店位置極好很喜歡很滿意當intercity大巴抵達羅託魯瓦遊客訊息中心就能看到酒店了就在斜對面過馬路要當心從酒店走廊陽台也能看到遊客訊息中心在這裡抱團參加官方遊覽還有乘intercity巴士出行都非常方便 Uber打車也很方便 UberEats也很方便可以點餐酒店出去不算遠也有大超市還有幾家中餐館酒店有一間房間就在我們房間不遠處有塊名牌是一位女性傳奇飛行員住過的房間很有歷史意義感興趣的入住時可以看看對了客房服務也滿意有2位中國女孩態度很好我們不需要打掃每天給房間備品即可每天都有準備好房間裡每天都有2盒牛奶贈送對了房間裡的水晶燈擦的很乾凈開燈好看明亮

The hotel is great , heritage feel and quiet. Nicely decorated and the staff are helpful and friendly .. location was nearby CBD , walking distance to eat streat which have lots of restaurant and food choice .neaby parmesan spa as well.

Historic hotel located in central Rotorua, great location just minutes away from the visitor information center, restaurants and the lakefront. All the basic amenities were available including coffee pods, hot chocolate and also sustainable amenities such as compostable shower caps.

The hotel is beautiful, and comfortable. Staff are very attentive and helpful in every way, from front desk to cleaning the rooms to serving the meals. Sadly the hotels spas and sauna were not functional and the “free” service at the Polynesian was over crowded and full of kids. No towels were supplied and an extra charge is charge to get a towel. But the experience is not overly unpleasant. Location is great as it is close to all attractions and the lake.

這是一年精緻的老派酒店，設施不是很現代化，但是非常乾淨整潔，工作人員也很友善。酒店出行方便，去溫泉♨️或者鎮上吃飯步行都在10分鐘內，停車十分方便。

設施：比較齊全，可以做飯，還是很方便。房間暖氣片不能用，但是客廳有空調，整體還是比較暖和～寢具舒適。溫泉、泳池不能用。衞生：乾淨整潔環境：房子不是最老的那一棟，但是裝修是復古華麗的，有點1920s黃金時代的痕跡，是我們期望的！服務：整體很棒！停車方便！

挺有調調的一家老錢風酒店，緊挨著市政花園，步行穿過花園能一直走到湖邊，感覺很棒。酒店的設施稍有一些老舊，沒有電梯需要自己把行李箱搬到二樓。但整體而言是一次不錯的體驗。尤其是魯託魯瓦真的是一座很漂亮的小鎮，有點沒逛夠。

Excellent location, right in town, so handy to restaurants and shopping. Room could do with a freshen up but still beautiful inside. The room was advertised with the use of a spa pool, which was under maintenance. The hotel did provide free entry into a spa down the road, which was amazing. The room was also advertised with supplying robes, which our room did not have. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options and was well worth including in the stay.

Not great considering the cost to stay. We had to wait 10 minutes for someone to turn up at the reception, and then we had to ask twice for assistance to check in. Little to no hot water (tepid would be accurate) meant we had to walk out of the complex (with towels and toiletries) and down the main street and back into another room at the other end of the complex to take showers - both nights! Not at all pleasant as it was quite cold and very inconvenient. And the spa didn’t work and was out of operation. Probably due to no hot water. No lift meant lugging suitcases up a lot of stairs and no one to help. Certainly wasn’t a great place to stay. Think we could have stayed somewhere better at half the price and less trouble.
