哈納山林小屋 (Hana Lodge)

是一個英式古莊園的感覺，早餐免費提供，可以點單，房間雖然比較小但是質感好。早上起來後可以逛逛，有野兔鳥和竹林，整體精緻符合預期。

周邊環境優美，房屋內部溫馨雅緻，各方面都不錯，衹是服務略遜色一點。

Our stay at the Black Swan Hotel was truly amazing. Originally, we were booked at the Hana Lodge, but due to renovations, we were moved to their sister property in the heart of Rotorua. Despite the change, we were pleasantly surprised by the excellent service. The room amenities were incredible. We had a free mini bar that was replenished daily, a large, comfortable bed, and breathtaking views of the lakes. The room was exceptionally clean, and all the staff members were incredibly helpful and courteous. The breakfast served from 7 am was delicious! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Rotorua.

華人經營的lodge，剛剛開業幾個月，很新，地點略偏，無車慎選。十幾個房間，但是該有的都有，泳池，網球場，桌球桌，划船機，自行車等等…風景很美，可以看到羅特魯亞湖。ps周圍野兔成災，一不小心就會踩到兔子洞的趕腳…早餐很不錯

看了好評才訂的，言過其實。草餐很普通、等了50分鐘。位置偏遠、價格偏貴！泳池SPA衹是擺設。

We stayed at Hana Lodge as a family group of five families, with ages ranging from 8 to 71 years old. One of the main reasons I chose Hana Lodge was because I wanted to experience the atmosphere of a grand country estate. I also noticed they offered a whole-house rental with a full kitchen and laundry facilities, which was perfect for our large family. However, upon arrival, I realized that the house we rented was a separate unit away from the main lodge and estate building. This was quite disappointing, as it was not what I had expected from the photos and description. Since we were travelling with elderly family members who have some mobility challenges, as well as young children, having to drive between our house and the main lodge was not very convenient. We arrived late on our first evening, and the property was very dark. Combined with the quiet surroundings, it felt a little intimidating at night. However, the next morning completely changed my impression. Driving into the estate during daylight revealed the beautiful grounds and the true manor-like atmosphere that I had been hoping for. The property is peaceful, elegant, and full of character. Breakfast was excellent. There was a buffet selection including bread, fresh fruits, yogurt, cheese, marinated fruits, and cereals. Guests could also choose a main breakfast dish from the menu. The food was delicious, and the portions were generous. After breakfast, we explored the grounds. The weather was lovely, the sky was bright blue, and the entire estate looked stunning. We even saw alpacas, which delighted both the children and adults. There was also a beautiful bamboo grove. Unfortunately, the paths were not wheelchair-friendly, and the uneven rocky surfaces made it difficult for our elderly family members to access the area. While walking around, we discovered a pathway connecting the main lodge and our house, which was helpful. Nevertheless, I still felt a little disappointed that the rental house was separated from the main estate, as it reduced the immersive manor experience that I was looking forward to. The house itself is somewhat dated, but everything functioned well. We raised a few issues during our stay, and the staff were patient, helpful, and provided reasonable explanations. Their service was appreciated. For guests visiting in winter and planning to rent the whole house, I would recommend requesting that the unit be pre-heated before arrival. Visitors from warmer countries, especially in Asia, may find the house quite cold when they first arrive. We also had to spend some time figuring out how to operate certain heaters, as there was limited guidance available. That said, the lodge may not have known our specific needs, and we did not inform them in advance that we might require additional instructions. Overall, despite some disappointments regarding the location of the rental house and accessibility challenges for elderly guests, we enjoyed our stay. The estate itself is beautiful, the breakfast is excellent, and the peaceful surroundings make it a memorable place to visit. If I return to Hana Lodge in the future, I would choose a different season, as I imagine the gardens and grounds would be even more spectacular when all the plants are in full bloom.

I had an amazing stay at Hana Lodge. I stayed in a 4-bedroom house, and it had everything we needed with excellent facilities and amenities. The breakfast was delicious, and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Shweta, who provided outstanding service and always answered my questions with patience and professionalism. I would give this place 100/10! I highly recommend Hana Lodge to anyone planning a 訂房網站. I will definitely stay here again in the future. 😊

The rooms in this hotel are very big and spacious and very comfy bed! The toilets are heated up so you won’t feel cold showering! There are many farm animals around esp the rabbit! The sauna and jacuzzi is also very good when we went in winter! Overall a very goood experience! When we were there we also met the front desk lady called Star! She was the best! Handed us so many gooodiessss like chocolate and fresh fruits.

Super friendly and engaging staff, food was amazing and the standard and cleanliness of the house  perfect.  A beautiful peaceful environment.
