我很喜歡這次來紐西蘭的旅行，那我體驗到不同的地方的住宿環境這邊的住宿都比台灣還要優質很多，晚上的時候都很清靜

設施：這裡就是一個青旅/大學學生宿舍的感覺，但是比較設施齊全的那種。2樓（Level 1）有公共的廚房（設施齊全，廚具，盤子，叉子，鹽和pepper都有，可以買菜做飯）和類似於會客廳的東西，然後院子裡有泳池和溫泉。有小的床，所以適閤家庭出遊。 衞生：不錯 環境：他的房子沒有照片中那麼大。旁邊有一家barbecue（BBQ）非常的好，然後走三個街區就能到這個城市的遊客中心，這裡是很多條旅遊線路的起點。 服務：不錯

We were so amazed how convenient and high-tech the check-in process here. We just used our phones as Keys in our rooms. The rooms are spacious and has a perfect view. They also have a community pantry. Wish they could’ve improved having a Lift. They are also closed to great restaurants. Design of the building itself is so cool! Overall, it was a pleasant stay!

Great stay overall. Service was excellent—staff were friendly and helpful. The amenities were modern and well-maintained, and the decorations in the roomw were aesthetic and informative. The location is perfect, right by Kuirau Park and close to town. Only downside: not very wheelchair accessible, with no elevator to upper floors. Highly recommended if accessibility isn’t a concern

Great location however everything seemed a little tired including the communal kitchen. Toasters didn’t work very well, benches left unwiped, cutlery dirty and put away or left out. Our fridge in our room wasn’t working and so our milk went off and after asking, this still wasn’t replaced straight away. Customer service was good but slow with everything asked about as someone wasn’t always on the desk. Pool was a nice addition and beds comfy apart from the extra rock solid bed for our third child. Wouldn’t be back due to lack of working amenities. No extractor fan in room which made it not very nice when someone use toilet and no ventilation in room which resulted in lots of condensation each morning. These are somethings that we expect when we are staying in a motel/hotel.

地理位置，價格，都很不錯，整潔乾淨。而且馬路對面也有免費停車。非常方便。尤其可以走路去地熱公園，免費泡腳，享受溫泉

**Review of Urban Sleepery** Had a great experience overall. The location is really good, and the staff were super friendly. I loved the free coffee and the fact that they had full cooking facilities—super handy if you want to make your own meals. The only issue was the shower—the hot water was hard to control. It kept switching between too hot and too cold, which was a bit annoying. Other than that, it was a great stay, and I’d definitely recommend it for the price and convenience!
