We checked into Palm Hotel on Garvey Street and, about 30 minutes later, pulled back the sheets to find yellow stains, reddish spots, debris, and unidentified dirty material all over the bedding. The photos speak for themselves. We immediately called the front desk. Instead of apologizing or offering clean bedding, the employee insisted that because we had been in the room for 30 minutes, we must have caused it ourselves. Apparently, in 30 minutes we managed to create old stains and transform the entire bed. Truly impressive. When we went downstairs to request a refund, he refused to help. A dirty room can be fixed. Terrible customer service and blaming your guests for a room you gave them cannot. If you stay here, inspect the bed and take photos immediately,because apparently after 30 minutes, every stain in the room becomes your responsibility. Never again. One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had.

1泊するには問題ないが連泊するには、タオル類やベッドメイキングについてはなかった。あったとしても不安が殘る。エアコン、冷蔵庫、広い洗面台は非常に良かった。シャワー、洗面の水、お湯の出も問題ない。コンセントも多い。
