Dirty room and tv wire broken in the room very dirty bed seat very dirty all over very bad room. No phone in the room for service

Day 1 i was transferred to a remote marrige garden, not even worth for a minimum price. Lot of insects. Bayabah. 2nd night came to this hotel. This was good, but not worth the price they charged. Not on main road, but under street, you can not drive a four wheeler.

It was not worth the price Room was not clean and maintained, bed sheet and towel provided was also dirty. Ac was not working properly.

Non hygienic, dirty bathrooms. Lifts are not working since long. Overall cleanliness zero. Even the passage from reception to the room also dirty.

Rooms are average with old and rough bedsheet, there was smell in rooms, towel was already used. Seems very dirty. Room service not pleasant

Room given was stinking very badly, changed the room. Rooms are unhygienic, basin filthy with no water, no hot water for bath and they give me one bucket normal water in name of hot water. Done checked out and spoke to manager mr. Avinash which he didn't took seriously and no fees back from at hotel. No toilet roll, entrance to room passage also seems to be not cleaned. Inexperienced staff kept for all services. Phone called for tea gets delivered after one hour. No happy with hotel and makemy訂房網站. Thanks

hotel is near to iit roorkee but hotel was not good , cockroach in the room, smell at outside the room in night , mattress and blanket was old and tear.hotel staff is polite. Room was costly as compared to facilities provided. room intercom was not working.
