伊爾坦皮奧二莫菲奧旅館 (Il Tempio di Morfeo)

The negative review should not be attributed exclusively to the accommodation itself, but rather to the chain of misinformation generated by the booking platform and others involved. The room had an external bathroom, a detail that was not specified on the website. This was not an ideal solution when travelling with a young child. We tried to cancel the reservation, but this led to a complete maze of misinformation. I must acknowledge that the accommodation was willing to allow us to cancel, but communication with the platform was disastrous. Every effort seemed to be made to prevent us from receiving a refund for the amount paid. We are still in discussions with the platform, but it is possible that we will only recover part of the money paid for the booking. The platform relayed messages allegedly from the accommodation that subsequently turned out to be inaccurate. I do not know who is trying to outsmart whom, but, quite frankly, the whole experience was deeply unprofessional.
