The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioning worked well, which was greatly appreciated during the heat wave. Complimentary bottled water was replenished daily, which was a thoughtful touch and something we really appreciated in the hot weather. Although there wasn't a reception desk, communication via WhatsApp was excellent. The person managing our stay was friendly, responsive, and replied to our messages very quickly. The cleaning ladies were also very kind and friendly. The property was within walking distance of both Piazza Navona and Castel Sant'Angelo, making it easy to explore many of Rome's attractions on foot. The room could have been cleaner, as we noticed a few spider webs on the ceiling. It also felt quite dark, so adding a few more lights would make the room feel much brighter and more welcoming. Overall, we had a comfortable stay with friendly staff and excellent communication,

This is an excellent choice for your 訂房網站 to Rome. The location is absolutely ideal - 10 minutes' walk from Vatican City, 10 minutes from Piazzale Navona and 30 minutes from the Colosseum. The room was very clean with good facilities - AC, smart TV, mini fridge, tea & coffee and good-size shower room. Staff very friendly and helpful as well. I'd definitely stay here again if I ever needed to visit Rome. Quick couple of suggestions - the place is called Palazzo Medusa, so may need renaming on booking sites. It's a little hard to find the door that you need so can be a bit confusing at first.
