Penoso , decepción en todos los sentidos , instalaciones penosas , goteras en la habitación , mobiliario que se caía a trozos ( adjunto fotos ) , servicio limpieza el primer día los demás no hubo limpieza , si quieres un sitio tranquilo después de visitar roma , este no es tu sitio , no pudimos descansar , gente a las 4 de la mañana gritando y bebiendo alcohol en las habitaciones y en las mismas instalaciones del hotel , encargado de recepción no pudo hacer nada por solucionar el problema , NO RECOMENDABLE , NO VENGAS .

房間老舊，各處是漏水造成的痕跡衞生馬桶後方一直有汙水流出。蚊子多。不建議前往入住。圖片與實際不符存在虛假宣傳。定的雙人間給我換成了經濟雙人間。通過客服溝通，前台無法進行英語交流，與描述的多語言服務不符。後來換了一間稍大一點的，出現上述問題。另一張為給我的經濟房。太離譜了。羅馬出差住過的最差的店。特此評論給大家避雷，千萬別信圖片！！！

Very disappointing experience. During the room cleaning, the cleaner threw away my suitcase cover because it was placed together with some rubbish. What is even more disappointing is the hotel’s attitude. They threw away a guest’s personal belongings, but instead of taking responsibility, they kept saying that it was my fault because I had put the item in the wrong place. I understand that there may have been a misunderstanding, but before throwing something away, the cleaning staff should at least check what the item actually is. It was a large suitcase cover and clearly a personal belonging, not rubbish. The hotel completely failed to take responsibility for what happened and showed a very poor attitude when dealing with the situation. I am extremely disappointed with both the way my belongings were treated and the way the hotel handled the problem. I would not recommend this hotel.

Camere vecchissime. Ho chiesto la sostituzione della camera perché inaccettabile e sono stati gentili e mi hanno dato una camera nuova…se non mi avessero accontentato sarebbe stato un hotel inaccettabile
