安蒂科宮酒店 (Relais Hotel Antico Palazzo Rospigliosi)

這是我旅行四十幾個國家住過最糟糕的酒店，首先因為意外預訂了八個晚上，且預訂完才發現無法取消，第一時間聯繫訂房網站客服及發郵件給到酒店，溝通是否可以取消後面幾晚的訂單，訂房網站回覆酒店拒絕取消，我也沒收到酒店的任何郵件回覆。辦理入住時，前台服務態度極為冷漠，給的房間極小且臨街，和所展示的圖片不符，後訂房網站客服全力協助下，酒店才於第三天給我們更換了房間，但位置仍是酒店最偏的角落，其間酒店沒有更換浴巾和打掃衞生，入住第五天，房間設施老舊，電源卡接觸不良導致沒有電源，前台態度惡劣，讓我們深夜裡在大堂足足等一小時，直到訂房網站客服催促下才更換了隔壁的殘疾人房間，衞生間的電源也是壞的，實再不想折騰了，讓訂房網站溝通第二天修好燈，但直到我們離開，這盞燈依然是壞的。訂房網站客服在這八天中幾乎每天都在幫忙溝通解決我們的入住問題，但酒店前台態度極為惡劣，電話拒接，郵件拒回，直到我們離開，幾乎入住產生的每個問題都沒有得到良好的解決。另外這家酒店雖然提供早餐，但品項單一。整個酒店衹有一個值班前台，針對中國人極不友善，態度傲慢及冷淡，缺乏服務意識，酒店硬件設施老舊，雖自我標榜四星，實際不如國內招待所。我終於結束了八天入住，仰天長嘯！This is by far the worst hotel I have stayed at during my travels across more than forty countries. I accidentally booked an eight-night stay, only to find out right after confirmation that the reservation was non-refundable. I immediately contacted C訂房網站 customer service and emailed the hotel to request cancelling the remaining nights. C訂房網站 informed me the hotel had turned down the cancellation request, and I never received any reply email from the hotel whatsoever. When checking in, the front desk staff were extremely unresponsive and cold. The assigned room was tiny and faced the street, bearing no resemblance to the photos posted online. Thanks to persistent assistance from C訂房網站 support, the hotel finally moved us to a different room on the third day — yet it was tucked away in the remotest corner of the property. No fresh bath towels were provided, nor was the room cleaned throughout this period. On the fifth night of our stay, the ageing room facilities malfunctioned; the power card had poor contact, cutting off all electricity. The front desk staff treated us rudely and made us wait a full hour in the lobby late at night. Only after repeated follow-ups by C訂房網站 customer service did they relocate us to the adjacent accessible room for guests with disabilities, whose bathroom power supply was also broken. Exhausted from constant back-and-forth hassle, I asked C訂房網站 to arrange for the light repair the next day, but the light remained faulty until we checked out. C訂房網站’s customer service team intervened and mediated our accommodation issues nearly every single day over these eight days. In stark contrast, the hotel front desk behaved terribly: they ignored phone calls and never replied to emails. Virtually every problem we encountered during our stay went unresolved properly before our departure. Additionally, though the hotel advertises breakfast, the food selection was extremely limited. There was only one front desk agent on duty at all times, who was distinctly unfriendly towards Chinese guests, arrogant and apathetic with zero sense of hospitality. The property features outdated hardware and facilities. Despite branding itself as a four-star hotel, it is inferior to budget guest houses back in China. I have finally checked out after these eight dreadful nights, utterly relieved!

Nice location - in front of the hotel is a big Cathedral. Very beautiful hotel inside! Courtyard is nice.

地理位置不錯，但晚上鎖門，要前台在才能開，差點被鎖門外. 房子整體上比較破舊，衞生條件一般

La camera era stretta e con letto matrimoniale diviso, molto scomodo. La pulizia del bagno e della moquette era pessima, il pavimento era pieno di capelli di altri ospiti. La colazione molto scarna, i cornetti non erano affatto freschi. Gli unici punti a favore di questa struttura sono l’ubicazione comodissima perché centrale e la disponibilità di parcheggio riservato non a pagamento.

房間太小床小，衹適合住一個人，沒辦法又開了一間，所以性價比打了對摺

這裡可以免費停車非常好。地理位置也優秀。衹是本身的4星和實際不太匹配，硬件設施，還有衞生條件都和4星有點不相配。價格方面，如果沒有地理位置和免費停車的優勢，不太值得這個價格。

老房子。浴室熱水有問題。一直噴熱水。特別特別熱的 根本洗不了。其他都OK。室內設施古香古色。大的窗戶。在景點附近

Небольшой, но очень уютный отель. Практически все основные достопримечательности в шаговой доступности.

チェックインしたときに予約した部屋の準備ができておらず30分ほど待たされたのはマイナス。部屋もサービスも平均的で4星というよりは3星のホテル。朝食もそれほどおいしくなく殘念だった。
