Disappointed with our stay We were very disappointed with our stay at your hotel. There was no kettle in the room, which made it difficult to have a warm drink when we needed it. The room was cold, and we couldn’t control the temperature ourselves. We had to contact reception, but even after that, the room didn’t get any warmer. No public transportation nearby. Shuttle is not available. Personal is okay, problem with management. On top of that, the bedding was uncomfortable. The duvet was very thin, and instead of using a proper duvet cover, there were two flat sheets wrapped around it. These kept slipping off during the night, leaving us exposed and making it even harder to stay warm. As a result, we spent two very cold nights and ended up catching colds. This was really disappointing and not what we expected from a hotel of your standard. We hope you address these issues so future guests can have a better experience.

La peor experiencia, al llegar al hotel me dicen que no tengo reserva, estuve hasta la 1 de la mañana sin habitación y al final me piden una fianza de 200€ hasta aclarar el asunto pero mi banco me dice que me cobraron 200€ no lo retuvieron… ahora me quede sin dinero por ese hotel
