巴廖尼雷吉娜酒店 (Baglioni Hotel Regina - The Leading Hotels of the World)

很遺憾，給我們分的房子非常小，跟圖片上面完全不一樣，除了服務之外其他的真不行，房間裡有一種淡淡的消毒水的味道，窗簾還拉不上，這個錢花的很不值得，很失望。

我們入住的房間是豪華房，其中一問410有一點點小，其他都比較滿意。下次來還會入住，希望屆時會給我們升級更寬裕一點的房間。另外，就是第二天的房間內的water衹給小瓶裝了，所以還是希望是大瓶裝水。其他的都滿意。

房間設施，衞生還可以，風格比較義大利式，看出來確實具有歷史感。遺憾的是，酒店工作人員剛開始給了一個與已預訂房間類型不匹配的房間，經核查反映後彌補給了另一個房間。總體上説還不錯，地理位置比較好，安全性比較好，早餐也還可以。僅供大家參考哈。

Abbiamo trascorso due settimane di vacanza in Italia, visitando diverse città. Abbiamo soggiornato all'Hotel Baglioni per una notte prima del nostro volo di ritorno. Al momento del check-out, abbiamo lasciato i bagagli alla reception, avvertendo la receptionist che due borse da viaggio erano per noi di particolare importanza. Queste due borse contenevano oggetti nuovi, tra cui una borsa Birkin, scarpe firmate e vestiti. Sono state proprio queste borse a essere rubate. Il personale ha cercato di convincerci ad andarcene e per due ore ci ha detto di aver chiamato la polizia. Alla fine siamo andati a sporgere denuncia. Purtroppo, le indagini non hanno portato ad alcun risultato. Sconsiglio vivamente di soggiornare in questo hotel. Gli oggetti personali vengono rubati. We spent two weeks vacationing in Italy, in various cities. We stayed at the Baglioni for one night before our flight out of Italy. Upon checkout, we left our bags with the receptionist, warning them that two travel bags were important to us. These two bags contained new items, including a Birkin bag, designer shoes, and clothes. These were the bags that were stolen. The staff tried to get us out, and for two hours they said they'd called the police. We eventually went and filed a police report. Unfortunately, the investigation hasn't yielded any results. I strongly recommend not staying at this hotel. Personal belongings are stolen.
