El parking recomendado por el hotel cobro 50 euros por un día. Pedimos el suyo para las 6 de la mañana. El auto vino al hotel y ninguno de la conserjería nos aviso. El auto se fue y lo tuvimos que volver a llamar para irnos. Un servicio pésimo.

A small hotel in the center of Rome. Very interesting design of the rooms - "antique". Extremely polite and competent staff. Many little things that show concern for guests: a rotating TV stand, a rubber mat in the shower, etc. However, since the hotel is small and located in a historical building, there is a lack of free space: a small restaurant, a small elevator. Soundproofing is not ideal. Overall, we did not regret staying at this hotel. If you decide to stay in the center of Rome, close to the central station, this hotel is a good option.

Struttura che andrebbe valorizzata con un bel "refresh". per la posizione (eccezionale) credo che meriti qualche investimento. camere piccole (si sapeva) e un po' rumorose (questo non si sapeva) essendo lato strada. Si era cos' stanchi che ...però si crollava la notte. Colazione impeccabile e abbondante.

avevo prenotato una stanza classic uso singola. Quando sono arrivato in albergo ho scoperto che mi avevano assegnato una stanza con letto singolo di categoria inferiore. Ho dovuto pagare una cifra extra. scarsa trasparenza e poca attenzione al cliente

衞生：房間很乾凈，除了非常小，每天打掃廁所衞生，沒有更換過床單 服務：早餐非常難吃，選擇很少都是一些冷盤，每天都一樣。 設施：還可以，説得過去。 位置比較方便，下樓溜達幾分鐘就是餐廳商場，十來分鐘到許願池。

L’hôtel est très propre et le service est correct, le personnel est aimable. En revanche, j’ai été déçue par la chambre. J’avais réservé une chambre « luxe supérieure » de 25 m² après avoir vu sur Trip les photos d’une chambre spacieuse, mais celle que nous avons reçue semblait bien plus petite, peut-être autour de 17 m². Le responsable nous a dit qu’il s’agissait d’un upgrade, mais honnêtement, la chambre ne correspondait pas du tout à la taille annoncée ni aux photos. J’ai eu l’impression qu’on ne voulait pas nous donner la chambre réellement réservée. Dommage, car à part ce point, tout le reste était très bien.
