駅に近く、バス乗り場にも不自由しません。とても良い立地、建物も雰囲気があり天井の高い部屋は居心地の良い空間でした。アメニティは、今の流行りかサステナブルで必要最小限なものしかなく、さらに一泊につき支払う稅金を考えると値段は少々高めに感じます。 朝食も種類は多くありませんが、スタッフのサービスは素晴らしく快適に過ごせました。

酒店位置很好，就在車站旁邊，去任何地方都很方便，也沒用覺得吵，反而吵的是酒店的其他客人，房間隔音非常差。但是酒店房間很暗，感覺舊了，反而廁所很亮，設計的也不錯。整個房間樓層佈局很奇怪，很多電梯，差點迷路。 酒店的整體服務還是可以的。

酒店地段確實好，特米尼車站出站廣場就是，是一幢歷史建築，和蒙泰馬丁尼宮殿群的樓，很有格調。房間乾淨衞生，比較寬敞（聽説衹訂收藏房有概率會住閣樓，那個不行）。早餐挺好的，種類齊全、品質也不錯。但是酒店的設施真的是。。。。隔音很差，因為靠路邊的房間很吵，也能聽見隔壁説話，樓上下水和下大雨一樣。並且作為一家五星級，入住多天衹有一天給水真是人才，booking上看見有人幾年前就吐槽，酒店反饋會好好考慮，看來是拒絕了。另外，酒店WiFi甚至不如我的華為天際通emmm難綳。

我們上午到達的，經過了超長飛行希望能儘快入住；酒店前台非常理解並儘快安排好了房間。 火車站附近很多人擔心很亂，但如果羅馬是中轉第二天還要坐火車去南意的話住這家真的很不錯，步行三分鐘到車站，衹要晚上九點多不亂逛還是安全的。（之所以亂是因為zf把流浪漢邀到火車站這邊了，但白天也見不到）

Very convenient location. But there are areas for improvement. Rooftop bar was closed during our stay although it was promoted as a special feature of the hotel on the booking page. We had to borrow umbrellas as it was very sunny and hot, but most of the umbrellas were broken, which doesn’t help with the brand image of the hotel. Milk capsules and coffees in our room were not refilled daily after cleaning. There was also an issue with our door lock but that was resolved fairly quickly. It would be nice to have free access to the spa facilities which are often available in other five star hotels.

定了套房 面積還算大差不多有60平 羅馬中央火車站正對面 就是這幾天酒店大門口修路 大門不太好找 繞了幾圈才找到 房間打掃的不算乾淨

Walking distance to the Triv Fountain and Colosseum, opposite train station which goes to airport around 30 mins. The restaurant in the hotel is nice and good food they offer better than most restaurants nearby

Location is excellent as it allows traveler to go from the central railway station to the hotel by a walk (5 mins) and avoid queuing for taxi that in Rome are notoriously rare and scam tourist and Italians alike. Downside is that at night (I'd suggest avoiding walking around past 10pm) the area is unsafe due to the large numbers of homeless people wandering around. Hotel itself was great, polite and helpful staff, beautiful setting (in particular the dining/breakfast area) and nice rooms, quite spacious by Rome standard. Breakfast was good, specially if you prefer a sweet breakfast (excellent cakes!) but somewhat lacking of savory options.
