We arrived at 3pm for check in and didn’t get into our room until 5pm. We waited 2 hrs to get into our room, it was ridiculous. They didn’t leave a key in the lock box like they said they would. We had to call many times to get the code to a lock box that contained another key for the door to get into the communal area. Once we finally got into the communal area we found out our room was still locked. We then called the host numerous times as to where the next key was, to which they didn’t respond to. It was like an escape room we didn’t pay for. Very frustrating. The room was not as luxurious as it looks in the photo. Wouldn’t stay again.

Bonjour, l’emplacement pas très loin du métro à 11minutes de marche. Mais par contre, nous avons dû attendre plus d’une heure pour rentrer dans la location, nous avons été guidé par message en français et anglais et on se comprenait très mal. Il y’avait le montant de la taxe qu’apparemment je devais déposé sur la table de la cuisine et le propriétaire pendant que nous logeons il attend pour ouvrir le logement et le prendre. C’est tout un méli-mélo. Il a pensé que je n’allait pas faire les paiements et il m’a menacé d’appeler la police. Je n’ai pas aimé le quartier dans lequel se trouvait l’appartement. Les rues sont sales.
