I booked by mistake after after 3 minutes tried to cancel, they refused, so we went. I found out later from them that they could have cancelled but they decided to be greedy and we ended up suffering as we had booked the wrong location by mistake. The phone number was wrong on the emails, so I couldn't call them. There is no reception, no one to talk to and that system works fine, as long as nothing goes wrong. Unfortunately, it seems we were one of the very first guests in that apartment and the apartment was very cold on arrival. We also discovered that the washing machine water pipe hasn't been turned on so that wasn't working either. There was no baby cot waiting for us, despite them being aware, so we had to improvise by pulling another bed downstairs. I tried to contact Limehome, but all I could find was a whatsapp number for Germany - so I chatted to someone in Germany (who was very slow to respond initially) and eventually they contacted an Italian who turned up 24 hours later. Very slow to respond, but finally they fixed the washing machine. They did issue 2 refunds and also so did 訂房網站 - that was how badly organised this place was. They are still building the rest of the rooms, so be aware of noise. Most of the plates and bowls were still dirty and they provide no dishwasher tablets, even though there is a dishwasher. A nice flat thought, all said, shame about the organisation.
