Beautiful hotel , clean and near termini station so it’s convenient.

conclusion first, I will not recommend this place to stay. the reason as below. 1. this is not hotel which wont have a full service (their check in time with their staff is before 3pm or something) and I booked this non-refundable one by mistake so I stayed there. 2. the staff/ owner kept asking my schedule to arrive to the place even my schedule to the place is 1 month later. In total she asked 5 times. I guess she is the only person who manage this place. I did provided my schedule at the end 3. the staff/ owner thought I was the other group that did not reply her question for the time to arrive, so she treated me in a very inpatient and angry way when we check in and she did not say anything to me after she realized she made a mistake but I didnt say anything about this at all.

It is far from "luxury" honestly makes me not even want to go back to Italy. I thought it was a great location, everything is in walking distance but at the same time it's really old. The elevator is tiny, with complicated instructions and really run down we barely fit with our luggage. No one was at the front desk. It's not a hotel, it's like an air B&B. The instructions to get in we're complicated to get the keys from a lock box we had to call for help. The bathroom is super tiny it's hard to take a shower without getting the floor really wet. The TV was good because we could sign into Netflix but other than that I would never EVER stay here again. The room was so tiny I felt claustrophobic. We really could not spend much time there, that was never the plan but it just was so small, I felt so trapped.
