早餐有進步的空間。 位置很好離機場很近。 環境衞生做的還可以。 因為它靠近機場所以開了窗會比較吵。 離市區比較遠如果其去市區需要提前一點時間。

Receptionist was friendly and happy, breakfast was really good, restaurant has a higher level of quality, swimming pool was clean, but the room was unnecessarily big, with empty spaces, with a tiny bathroom. Even being a guest I had to pay for the parking lot under the hotel premises (really not sure if this is their policy or what but I felt that I should have chosen another hotel to stay, since nearby you will find plenty of another option). Overall is ok.

Hôtel passable. J'ai payé un prix intéressant sur 訂房網站.com, ( 105€ ), d'autres sites proposé le double ( par contre là ça ne vaut pas ce prix ).

Elegimos este hotel porque sólo teníamos 1 día en paris y queda cerca del aeropuerto y tiene shuttle al aeropuerto. Además lo elegimos porque es 4 estrellas. Lo bueno : las habitaciones son espacio es y están limpias. El check in muy bien, muy rápido y el chico que nos atendió se aseguró que todos estemos juntos en el mismo piso. Nos dieron bolsita de desayuno para el segundo día porque nos íbamos muy temprano antes de que abriera el desayuno. A mejorar: algunos huéspedes dejaron platos, copas y botellas al lado de la puerta de su habitación, en el pasillo, y por dos días permanecieron allí. El check out fue un desastre !!! Nos tardamos un poco más de una hora!!! Porque la persona que nos atendió no hablaba casi nada de inglés, y no nos aceptaba / entendía que las habitaciones ya estaban pre-pagas online, y nos quería volver a cobrar todo. Fue un desastre y nos arruinó toda la experiencia en el hotel, que no cumplió con nuestras expectativas de servicio de un hotel de renombre como el Novotel
