這是一家挺標準的motel。衞生狀況挺好的。地理位置在離海灘五分鐘車程的地方，要去玩海很方便。且這一片海灘風平浪靜，非常適合帶小朋友來。停車就在房間門口。室內空間挺大的，電視機很小，衞生間是三十年前的裝修標準。空調似乎很久沒清洗，且開機噪聲巨大。所謂的公園景房，窗子對著馬路，馬路對面才是綠化帶，有一定交通噪聲，睡眠淺的慎選。住客似乎都是常住的建築或其他行業藍領工人。總體來説性價比低，要不是珀斯或臨近海灘的其他酒店客滿的話，不太推薦入住這裡。

Despite being an older property, the room was clean and odourless, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom functional. The lack of useful powerpoints was overcome by the provision of a large powerboard. The Friday night fish and chips with a beer special was excellent.

Very disappointed in the condition of the room. Holes in walls and sink with what looked like burn marks - made the sink look and feel dirty.  Thought the room standard was probably only worth half the money but I guess closeness to where we needed to be counted for something.  There were only two rooms being used in that block and they backed us up to each other.  Woken up very early to an adult crying in the other bathroom. Also should have turned tv off at wall as the tv standby light goes bright to dull all night.  Not sure I’d stay again unless the rooms got a bit of a facelift.

Just a one night stopover for us. Room was spacey and clean with microwave, tea/coffee. Bed comfy. Bathroom worked well but badly needs updating. The hotel/cafe was a very peasant surprise. Great food and drink at reasonable prices served by happy people.

Great location easy walking less than 5 min to Rockingham foreshore. Room very clean and beds very comfortable. Showing its age but shower was hot with good pressure and there is a fridge and microwave

Whopper $300 dollars for a security deposit. That does not except cash. God knowing when I’ll get it back. Rudeness of the reception is enough to never be back again.

酒店沒有提供洗頭水，護髮素，沐浴露，浴室很細小，洗手盆亦都好細，鳥叫聲很大，一早給叫醒了。房門口泊車很方便。
