日照天德薩維爾國際大酒店 (Rizhao Tiande Saville International Hotel)

Хороший отель для семейного отдыха. Тихий. Расположен близко к морю. Завтраки вкусные. Немного старая мебель и ковровое покрытие. Персонал очень приветливый. Дополнительный завтрак 38¥. Залог зонтика 50¥. Уборка номера 1 раз в 2-3 дня. Бесплатная вода. Холодильника в номере нет.

房間一般，體驗十分差，極差！ 旁邊五十米貨運火車，晚上睡覺每隔15分鐘一班鳴笛，加鐵軌噪音！24小時不停！ 附近經常交通管制，車進不來，你要走路10分鐘去外面一圈叫車！ 650不含早飯一間標準間 我是大冤種！！！

I had great expectations of this hotel from the images, I even ignored some previous poor reviews. All my expectations apart from the epic view were shattered. I'll Start with the good and by saying the view the is really amazing, can see a lot of the coastline and the city. I absolutely love rizhao after my 訂房網站! But that's where it ends... Onto the bad: 1) While the view is amazing, the curtains are not. They should change the name to sunrise hotel because no matter if you want to or not, the sun will shine through the curtains at sunrise(First image was taken at 5:50). It's great if you're into sun gazing but not great if you want to sleep past 6am. 2) the hotel is really dirty. I don't think they own a vacuum cleaner? The carpets inside and outside the room are dirty, the shower curtain is mouldy, the sofa and chairs smell awful. The bed was the only thing that seemed clean ( I hope it was) and I cannot overstate the terrible smell in all floors of the hotel which I'm 99% sure is due to having filthy carpets. A regular vacuum would solve this problem. On the topic of cleaning, my trash can wasn't emptied for two days even though it was full and the room service came in to "Clean". 3)The room is very empty. There's no fridge, no safe, and all the furniture and equipment feels very very old and worn. The only "luxury" is a kettle with 4 tea bags. Really know how to spoil their guests! 3) The breakfast was extremely underwhelming. Everything was either cold or fairly tasteless. Cold baozi, corn, sausages, eggs, might as well just keep them on a plate and forget about the "Warming" dishes. The breakfast has coffee and tea, but the coffee is basically sugar water. The "Juice" is also basically colored sugar water. 4) People were smoking in the lobby, while waiting for elevators, outside their rooms, they were basically smoking in every public area and the staff were standing nearby or passing by allowing it. Is it not against the law to smoke in areas like this? I believe it is. Every problem speaks of one issue, and that is in my opinion either poor upper management or an unwillingness to spend money on guests comfort. For the price I paid I was not expecting a luxury stay but I was expecting more than what it was. I would not recommend this hotel despite its prime location and views. Spend a little more money to book a Better hotel next door.

這家酒店的房間和衞生，完全配不上我付款的近600元一晚的價格！連續入住了4晚，第一晚住的房間，洗手間管子漏水➕房門邊框損壞。第二天跟前台反應後更換了同房型的另一間房，結果換進去的房間洗手間花灑又漏水！反應後給維修了。第四天特意打電話讓更換房間床單被套，結果工作人員衹是把原先的被套整理了一下，並沒有換乾淨的，因為我回房間後發現有一點臟的位置依舊是臟的。無語，好歹也是大幾百一晚上的酒店！最最最讓人不滿意的是房費不含早餐，需要在酒店吃早餐需要另外付款大人39元一位，1.2米～1.4米的孩子19元一位，1.2米以下不收費。儘管我下單的時候有注意到不含早餐，但是，但是，但是還是很不滿意，畢竟房費不便宜。最後值得表揚的地方是，酒店電梯有服務人員幫忙指引電梯，然後前台電話反映問題回覆很及時，不會電話打不通。

服務：因為帶著孩子，所以進房間後我才想起忘了要禁菸房，打電話給前台詢問是否能換禁菸房，前台説都訂滿了不能換，可以做無菸處理，我説好。結果等半天，一個服務員拿著一瓶花露水進來在窗戶邊噴了幾下，然後拿著煙灰缸，説處理完了！我的天！這叫無菸處理！這不是傳説中的掩耳盜鈴麼！而且服務員説如果我提前備註了，她就能提前做這些事，説我沒提前説，所以沒處理。我弄個假禁菸房有什麼用！ 環境：屋裡，所有燈都開了還是很昏暗，很黑！我從來沒住過這麼黑的酒店！白天打開窗簾我明白為什麼這麼黑，因為屋裡太臟了！圖片比實際屋內還要亮不少！衞生間還有個管子一直在流水！淋浴房有水很滑，推拉門下面的軌道很鋒利，長者小孩要注意！總之我以後是絕對不會再來了！ 衞生：親們自己看圖片吧！就這衞生怎麼4鑽的！

離萬平口一號門比較近，步行一公里多，還算方便，樓下就有巧克力漁家，出門左轉有一片小吃，也有小吃夜市。離向陽屯，大學城夜市打車二十左右，高鐵站40多。總體還算方便吧。房間寬敞，住三口之家很好。

非常不錯的一家酒店，各方面都服務很到位，尤其是大堂非常豪華。説實在的，第一次看見面積這麼大的酒店大堂，這次帶小孩去日照遊玩，前台小姐姐房型還特地選了一個角度更好的景觀房。 不得不提的是，打掃衞生的阿姨非常到位，而且很熱情，還多給了好幾瓶水，讓人有賓至如歸的感覺。

酒店位置很好，過橋就是萬平口，旁邊是世帆賽基地，比鄰科技館和城市建設展覽館，樓下是家網紅海鮮店，沒去吃，隔壁是小吃街也沒去吃。好幾家酒店共用的樓，電梯也很多。房間是最基礎的，面積不大，細長條，要求不那麼高的可以住。

有一説一，服務還可以，但是酒店設施設備出入太大，房間燈光昏暗，地毯很髒，整體感覺很簡陋。淋浴蓮蓬頭掛不住容易掉下來，房間隔音超級糟糕，一大早同層住戶三個小孩走廊內嬉戲打鬧甚是吵鬧。 自助早餐超級差，一言難盡，東西品樣少也就算了，所有菜品都是冷的，不保溫，唯一的水果就像是水果店剩下的撿漏處理品。
