In my 10 years of travelling more than to 12 countries , this is the worst hotel experience I have , It was my mistake booking this hotel, my kids literally suffered all night , rubbish, dirty , fake pictures, zero customer service , AC sounding like helicopter all night , floors were so dirty , rooms smell like s,,,,. I am out of words, if they will ask you to book on 50 riyal night don't go until unless you are single & desperate to have roof on your head . I am trying to upload a video but can't do it for some reason as proof

至今為止住過最差的酒店，床墊是塌的，換了一張還是塌的，房間一股怪味，房間衞生五天也沒人打掃，空調溫度和風速不能調節，衹能開或者關，聲音還特別響！差評差評差評

Its so loud the AC , room is under reparation, somehow its dirty, TV didn’t work, all window handle is no function to broke , its pity that they make so low maintenance. But bell boy is helpful since front office mostly talk while working or telephone not really pay attention to the guest. I saw near area many shops and Mall but faraway from center.

Not that bad of a hotel, best thing is the location. Isn’t the most clean hotel you’ll find but for this area it definitely could be better, they only cleaned it once which was upon request and the staff were really helpful. One of the people at the desk was a really good guy but the rest were always angry for some reason.

The room had a persistent bad smell that made the stay uncomfortable, even after trying to air it out. On top of that, the elevator was extremely slow, causing long waits every time we needed to go up or down. Definitely not what I expected from a hotel in this price range.

ロケーションは最寄り駅から徒歩18分とリヤドのホテルの中では比較的良い方です。清潔感に関しては、シャワー室の床がぬるぬるしているのが気になりました。また、獨特な匂いがしました。また、禁煙室にも関わらず、部屋に灰皿が置いている事がすこし嫌でした。タオルが用意されていなくシャワーをした後に拭くものがなく不便を感じました。施設自體は全體的に古く改裝されていません。

I had booked & paid on this hotel, through 訂房網站.com app, went to check in, after long flight , the guy who’s works on the front desk reception said there is no room available and there is no refund and we can’t do anything for you. ):
