惡夢的開始，晚上11點飛抵沙特利雅得，打的到酒店，前台告知我要用阿拉伯語和他對話，我用翻譯軟件翻譯成阿拉伯語，前台説查不到我訂單。後來換了一個前台人員和我對話，帶我去了一間又臟又臭的房間，説衹有一把鑰匙所以不能給我，我想他應該是查到了訂單。凌晨兩點敲開我房門説叫我交錢辦入住，我解釋他們又不聽。訂房網站態度也強硬，衹給我退房間的金額、不補償。

You certainly get what you pay for with this one, we didn’t pay a lot but anything more than £10 is too much. Having stayed in cheap hotels worldwide, this was definitely in there with the worst. Staff were unhelpful, bedsheets and towels looked and felt dirty…..great City, lovely people…just not reflected at all at this hotel. Positioned well to get around the City and if you can accept sub standard accommodation then you may get in okay with this hotel. All I ask for when travelling is a clean bed and nice bathroom so that I can get some sleep and refresh - all in all, cockroaches aside, the City made up for the woeful hotel but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel
