I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. I arrived at 3:00AM, but they wouldn't let me check in, even though I had paid for the room. They wanted me to pay for an extra night, which was 400 SAR. I ended up paying for that because I needed to rest. A night I ended up not enjoying it because I left the hotel on the 18th. I didn't understand why they couldn't just let me into the room I paid for. Eventually, they put me in a suite as compensation me after I had paid the extra 400SAR , but I was still unhappy with their service. The reception staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming. The hotel's facilities were also misleading - they advertised a swimming pool, spa, and massage room, which made me book for my stay at the hotel, but none of these were available. When I complained, they said these facilities were only available at their other branch. Why didn't they lodge me there knowing that I probably must have paid because of the facilities. Overall, I was really disappointed with my stay. The hotel is beautiful, but the service is poor. I wouldn't recommend it to friends.

因為訂錯了房型，剛訂完就讓訂房網站幫忙溝通換了房型，並確定已經更換，結果到了前台還是沒有換，最後給加床解決。 WIFI很慢不太穩定。 周圍因為有大量在建房屋，所以比較吵。

It’s a good hotel but are two remarks: The hotel location is in a area under construction and there is a lot of dust. There isn’t many visitors, therefore, the restaurant doesn’t prepare an open buffet, the bring the breakfast to your room according to what they have.
