الفندق جميل وممتاز ونظيف والموقع جيد  يوجد بعض الاصوات المزعجة ف المباني المجاورة بسبب اعمال البناء  يوجد ضعف في المياة في الدور الخامس لا يوجد خدمة ايصال الطلبات الواصلة للاستقبال للغرف ب الرغم ان الطلب كان متأخر والعمال متواجدين بالاستقبال ولكن رفض موظف الاستقبال / مسفر الغامدي بحجة إن الإدارة تمنع ذاك عليهم "

I recently stayed at Novotel Riyadh Sahafa to celebrate my 10th wedding anniversary, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. A special thanks to Arwa Albousy, the Front Office Supervisor, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. She arranged for a lovely room upgrade and even surprised us with a delicious cake in our room, which made our celebration even more special. The hotel itself is well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and excellent amenities. The late check-out option allowed us to enjoy our time without feeling rushed, which I truly appreciated. I highly recommend Novotel Riyadh Sahafa to anyone looking for a pleasant stay in Riyadh. Thank you to the entire team for making our anniversary memorable!

Newish hotel. Close to metro station. Very soundproof. Surroundings not great. Lots of building sites. Swimmingpool was not avisilable at first. Due to maintainance and ramadan. Later available. Staff was not realy doing much to solve the situation. Sun at Swimmingpool till noon. Comfy bed, good shower. Wifi not great. Would not recommend.
