Front desk lady doesn't seem to know what to do as she was constantly on the phone watching videos. Didn't even bother asking if there was a booking and just assume I wanted to get a room. Finally found out that I had a booking, took over 15 minutes to check me in. Gave me a room right beside the males toilet on the 1st floor. Towel had to be requested as there was none in the room at all. Leaking toilet bowl and a non working water heater.
