Our stay in Apartment 15 was a complete disaster. I cannot overstate how poorly this was handled. The problems started with a dirty toilet (attached photo) upon our check-in after reception hours which set the tone for the entire stay. Another crisis happened overnight: a major water leakage erupted from the kitchen floor and bathroom, creating a large pool of water and flooding one of the bedroom carpet, leaving it soaked and smelly. We reported this severe issue the next morning. Their solution? They placed a towel on the soaked carpet to "dry" it!

The apartment is very clean and convenient. Walking distance to the nearby supermarket and restaurants. It’s only 3 minutes drive to the University of Cardiff.

Locatie van het appartement is heel goed. Nog geen 10 minuten lopen vanaf het centrum en tegenover een leuk koffie/ontbijttentje met lekkere ontbijtopties. Het appartement was helaas niet goed schoongemaakt voordat wij erin gingen. Overal vieze vlekken, broodkruimels in lades en een mobiele airco die onder de stof zat. Uiteindelijk na vragen aan een hele lieve medewerker van housekeeping een schone mobiele airco gekregen dus dat was top. Ook extra handdoeken gekregen toen we er naar vroegen. Groot minpunt is dat we een parkeerplek hadden gereserveerd tegen betaling (20 pond per dag!!!) en de meest moeilijk in te parkeren plek in een hoekje met een paal kregen want dat was de enige die over was. Uiteindelijk de dagen dat we de auto hadden waren er gewoon 3 andere plekken, waar je makkelijker kan parkeren, leeg. Het appartement zelf is goed ingedeeld en voorzien van bijna alles wat je nodig zou hebben behalve een koffiezetapparaat. Dat vond ik ook echt een minpunt want je verwacht dat wel in zo een appartement. In en uitchecken ging heel aangenaam, we kregen duidelijke instructies per email. Al met al een plezierig verblijf gehad.

I booked two apartments in Cardiff for the weekend for my wife and I and my son and his wife. We watched the rugby match at the principality stadium then went out for dinner . We then walked home and arrived at our apartments at 8.30pm to find no hot water for a shower . The temperature outside is 5 degrees Celsius. I called the duty manager who informed me that the boilers in the building were off and someone would come and turn them on in half an hour . It is 10pm as I write this review and there is still no hot water . As far as I am concerned this is a breach of contract , I paid for two executive apartments with fully functioning amenities which if you read the laws on hiring rooms or apartments says hot water . I feel that I should be refunded for one nights stay for both apartments.

Great apartment, perfect for us as we were here for National sports Centre. Parked further up the road, which was free.
