Worst staff and poor room quality even they do not fulfill the conditions mentioned at the time of booking neither their room refrigerator was working nor they have the cold drinking water in their whole hotel

Staff denied check in and asked to shift to another property of theirs downgrading to 2k per room lesser than what we paid for. Swimming pool not functional and algae formed on the water with too much mosquitoes. AC was not working for our room and nothing was resolved after complaining about it at 3 in the noon till night and we had to sleep without ac. Worst management ever

unfortunately my experience was far from what i expected upon arriving in the room i noticed there were no tissues in the bathroom when I requested some the staff did not provide any which i found unprofessional Additionally there was no locker in the cupboard to securely store my belongings, which was very disappointing especially for a hotel charging premium rates and no water bottle was provided in the room which is a standard offering at most hotels given the price i paid i expected much more and i won’t be returning to this hotel in the future and wouldn't recommend it to others

Experience was not good, the approach to the hotel is horrible, broken and undrivable and unwalkable. The fact that you are supposed to be able to see the river from the hotel is also misleading there is no view at all as too many buildings now. The first room we were given was horrible wt the loo out of service on complaining they changed to a better room. The staff was polite and courteous for sure and tried to help.

The receptionist Vaish Ahmed was extremely aggressive to not allow food ordered from Zomato, in room dining closes at 10:30 pm and I reached hotel later, I am sure after spending a rate of 5 star , I will not sleep without eating, however neither Ahmed allowed the Zomato guys to come up nor informed us, on confronting. Totally unacceptable. I have attached some photos herewith which eventually has to be the entry of the hotel, check it out , no hot water. No additional towels , pathetic

I stayed in the premium room. The room had no view. Most of the rooms didn't have any view. Breakfast was ok, not very good. Service was not that good, my room kettle was too dirty and was unusable. I asked for a glass of hot water which they gave in requesting too many times. Ok to stay for a day. Not for long
