Worst stay, room had mosquitos & bugs. I visited with my 3 yr old kid & next morning he had so many bug bites on his face, ear & back. Currently we are consulting doctors for treatment. When we asked to change room, the hotel refused and said they cannot change or offer any other room as we have booked not directly.

Everything was great. Staff was prompt and courteous; specially nishant prasad. Rooftop was beautifully maintained with picturesque view. Excellent place for a family vacation. Highly recommended!

When i entered into the room there was no facility of tv which was not recharge. And washroom was dirty and water also filled and pots was also out of order. Service was not good.

It was a pleasant stay overall... firstly i was disappointed as they mentioned river side view in the delux room, but no window view from the room... but it was a nuce location as ganga ghat was around 200 metres and we attended the ganga aarti and enjoyed alot there.

I recently spent two nights in Room 303 at Indira Nikunj, which unfortunately fell short of expectations. This establishment misrepresents itself as a three-star hotel, but the rooms are in dire need of renovation. Our room was plagued by: - Stained bathroom walls and broken tiles - Unhygienic toilet seat with urine stains - Uncleaned bucket and mugs with sticky residue - Extremely loud air conditioner, disrupting sleep - Dirty corridors Check-in Issues: The hotel's 2 PM check-in policy resulted in a 2000 rupee early check-in fee. However, the provided receipt lacked GST details. When queried, staff claimed they're awaiting a new GST registration. Silver Lining: The rooftop restaurant offered delicious food and exceptional service from polite, attentive staff. Attached: - Photos of room conditions - Receipt for early check-in fee

It is a bit expensive(i took normal room + breakfast + dinner and the cost was 6500. They don't have any room from where you can see the view of ganga(you can see it only from the terrace.
