Rooms stink. No cleanliness whatsoever. No ventilation in rooms n washrooms. Washrooms and rooms are not spacious ( super deluxe room). Not recommend.

Terrible Experience – Not Worth It. Wasted money and time there. Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. From the moment we entered, there was a terrible smell in the lobby, corridors, reception area, and even in our room. It was honestly unbearable. The staff was unprofessional and didn’t seem to care about guest comfort. The water tap in the bathroom gave hot water even when we turned it to the cold side, which was very frustrating. The room was unhygienic and poorly maintained, far from what you would expect at a so-called "4-star hotel." The pool area was the worst – it smelled awful and felt dirty. The hotel makes big claims about great amenities, but our experience was the opposite. We wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Not a pleasent experience as Hotel is far from called a 4 star property. Rooms were stinking, bed sheets were dirty and bathrooms were leaking. Booked for 2 days and could manage only 1 day and booked a different resort. Raised the issue and still did not receive the refund of 1 night.

Worst experience ever. Extremely poor service. The staff was rude and didn’t resolve any issues, they just wasted my time. There was no wifi, I had to use my mobile data, they didn’t resolve this throughout my 2 days stay. These guys didn’t even have toiletries in the washroom, no dental kits and there was no iron in the room for which I had specifically asked as it was mentioned in their amenities. Most of the things mentioned in the amenities were not there. Rooms were smelling and hot water was not available, I stayed for 2 days and had to face the hot water issue throughout. Not at all worth the money, it is not a legit 4star hotel. Thats fake. MMT should take strict action against this hotel.

2 out of 3 rooms didn't had proper things. hot water kettle was missing. sofa didn't had hand rest at all. also, condition of those two wasn't that good. but the third room which was on 3 floor was quite nice.
