The hotel is situated right on ganga ghat and is away from the general crowd. Ram jhula is just 500 meters. Room service and cleanliness are good as well.

The location is good. But the property was not close to hygiene standards as well as staff profesaionalism compared to yogi niketan. The rating does not justify the price. Also while check out there was no one at reception to take care for 10 to 15 mins. Then they charged us 2000 just for extra bedding for nanny which was uninformed at check in. Max amt expected was 1000. I asked them to be genuine about it but the staff was very rude.

View from the room and location is best, food is tasty although service is bit slow but friendly staff. Car parking without any fuss and beautiful sky cafe !

the property is right on the ganga ghat. the rooms are spacious and decorated with a heritage theme. The view of ganga from room is breath taking.

The hotel and the service is very good. Especially the location. You can walk to the ghat for the hotel. The upholstery requires upkeep. I had booked the maharaja suite. It was grand but the experience could have been better if the hotel focused on maintenance

Location is excellent but the upkeep of hotel definitely requires a relook. Staff was courteous & helpful. Food was good. The tariff is bit high but that because of it's location.
