Firstly, deluxe room wasn’t deluxe at all. Same as the standard room in all it entirety. They blankets were old and didn’t have a casing. The towel if you hold them up to the light you could see through them. The room had mold. It was an horrible stay. Also had to pay for them to keep your bags ( I was only surprised by this- not really a complaint). This wasn’t a four star stay , more like a two stars ⭐️ ⭐️

酒店位置不錯。離海灘近，這個價位在里約簡直無敵。房間內部的條件還不錯，入住沒什麼問題，還會再次選擇的。

Las fotos de la publicidad no reflejan la realidad, las habitaciones son viejas y no muy limpias, la pared del baño tenía moho del que se quita lavándolo bien, las sábanas eran casi transparentes de lo delgadas y tenían manchas. Los ascensores no funcionaban bien y siempre había que esperar mucho para poder tomarlo. Nuestro vuelo era tarde y cuando llegamos al hotel eran las 02:00 am, al llegar, el encargado de la recepción parecía estar molesto, no nos saludó y no parecía querer ayudarnos, cuando al fin nos atendió nos dijo que el no estaba esperando ningún huésped y que nosotros no teníamos ninguna reserva, yo hice el booking en una página en inglés y toda la información estaba en Inglés, el se disgustó por esto y dijo que solo español y portugués… al final encontró mi nombre y nos dejó entrar pero su actitud grosera fue muy desafortunada.

Я редко пишу что то плохое про отели, так как всегда понимаю сколько я заплатил и что я за это получил. Но плесень на половину комнаты, стоило бы убрать, это не составит больших расходов финансовых и времени. Расположение очень хорошее, к сотрудникам вообще нет вопросов, нас быстро заселили, завтрак стандартный, там так же сотрудники очень внимательные и добрые.

The place is fine but not 4 stars. Could be a little cleaner. Service was good, the staff was friendly and helpful. Sometimes there is no hot water, depends on the day. Very few amenities. It's a cheaper option for the location, which is excellent. A good value considering this.

Excelente custo benefício. Vi muitos comentários negativos e me assustei porque a minha experiência não poderia ter sido melhor. De modo geral o atendimento correu bem e o pessoal foi muito prestativo. O café da manhã era 6/10, mas o menu pelo menos se renovava todos os dias - o suco poderia ser melhor. O quarto era pequeno mas aconchegante. Tinha uma vista incrível do Cristo Redentor que nos deixou apaixonados. Água quente e fria, intensa e suave para todos os gostos. Agora, o cobertor/edredom precisa melhorar, não é o suficiente para um casal e o material não é confortável, além disso a TV não funcionava corretamente (apesar de não termos nem utilizado). 8/10. A limpeza não deixou a desejar, os corredores estavam sempre cheirosos, apesar de que no corredor do meu andar estava bem quente. Na recepção o atendimento foi rápido e direito. Todos muito educados. 9/10.

I like that this place was located in a good part of Copacabana. I felt safe and quite comforable. Staff were alright and they spoke English for the most part. The mountain view was awesome as I was able to see the christ the redeemer statue.

This hotel has so much potential with just a little bit of TLC and some updates! During my stay, I felt that the service could have been a bit more attentive. I did notice a slight unpleasant smell in my room, and I had some trouble with the water in the shower. I also had to wait in a bit of a long line at the lobby, which was a little inconvenient, especially without AC. It would have been wonderful if someone had checked in to see if we needed anything, like water. Overall, my experience didn’t quite meet my expectations, and I ended up deciding to cancel my reservation due to my feelings. That said, if you're considering camping near the beach, this hotel could be a good option for a night! I was surprised to see it rated as a 2 star.

Er zat schimmel aan de badkamer en aan de airco. De airco lekt ook. Hij maakt vrij veel herrie. Er staat geen zwembad l, dit stond welkom de site. Foto's zijn nu wel verwijderd. Service is matig. Bij binnenkomst is jet inchecken een chaos. Dat tijdens carnaval. Er was maar 1 receptionist. Wij vroegen om nieuwe hadlnddoeken. Deze niet gekregen. Dus eigenlijk was dit een hele slechte ervaring Het carnaval was wel leuk

Я редко пишу что то плохое про отели, так как всегда понимаю сколько я заплатил и что я за это получил.
