如果你來Barra地區，那就不要錯過，在商場裡面，馬路邊邊交通便利，裡面有許多藝術畫作，spa酒吧餐廳一應俱全，不是很遠的地方有大型超市。前台小姐姐服務很好，記憶深刻。早餐品類多環境優美，僅僅麵包蛋糕就選擇無數，西瓜哈密瓜木瓜菠蘿水果塊沙拉。酸奶是最好的沒有之一。推薦炸培根煮木薯，此外紅薯塊煮雞蛋很中國。勸你別錯過。

非常滿意，酒店入住方便， 環境：和shopping mall在一起，環境好。 衞生：好，打掃也非常及時，是去里約住宿的不二選擇。

Quarto aconchegante e confortável. Café da manhã com opções variadas. Excelente custo x beneficio na Barra da Tijuca.

Adorei o hotel, fui super bem recebida. Recomendo para todos. Boa localização, ótimos restaurantes e para quem gosta de samba, o bar do Zeca Pagodinho é pura diversão.

Café da manha muito bom, hotel muito bem localizado, conta com uma parceria com a fibratech e diversos restaurantes, tudo muito limpo e o atendimento excelente também.

Save yourself the trouble and stay in Copacabana. The customer service here at this hotel is the worst I have ever experienced. Which is unfortunate because brazil is typically on a whole different level in regards to customer service. The paid parking is not valet style parking but just self parking in the mall parking lot. There was no one to help with luggage. The front desk hardly answered our calls. The room was not cleaned well, we found used eye lashes in the bed, mirrors unwashed with dust and finger prints, shower doors covered in water stains, stone shower walls yellowed. Bedroom door stuck to the frame so very hard to open/close. (we thought the keycard was wrong because it wouldn't budge). We left for hours and returns to our room not cleaned yet, maids thought we didn't speak Portuguese and disrespectfully talked about our interactions with them as we waited for the elevator. Maids wouldn't leave towel, and it took hours for anyone to come bring towels back to our room. No one told us the pool was going to have a construction zone literally feet away. Jackhammering and all. And the wifi was unsecured. Would let you connect but didn't actually work. The experience was so bad we left after only a few days of our week stay.

O hotel atendeu as nossas expectativas e ao propósito da viagem de forma eficiente, com simplicidade, mas profissional.

Ola, minha experiencia no hotel foi MUITO ruim. Começou no momento do check-in onde fui atendido por uma funcionaria extremamente antipatica. Como tinha feito a reserva em nome da minha mãe a funcionaria não queria me deixar entrar no hotel (eram 22:30hrs) pois a reserva tinha que ser alterada para o meu nome. Inclusive ja tinha pago a totalidade das estadias. So depois de muito tempo, e após eu demonstrar a ela que tinha feito a reserva através de um site e que era impossível alterar o nome naquele momento ela fez o check-in. No dia seguinte a noite fui ao shopping comprar um pizza e resolvi comer no meu quarto. Fui na recepção onde tinham 5 funcionários literalmente jantando em cima da mesa da recepção (com direito a garrafa de Big coke). Pedi um prato e talheres para entregar no quarto, quando um funcionário, de boca cheia, me atendeu e disse para que eu esperasse que ele iria pegar um prato para eu levar. Me trouxe um prato de plástico com talheres de plástico ... pedi um talher de metal e um prato de louca ... o mesmo me disse que não seria possível e que se eu quisesse iria me cobrar R$15reais para a taxa de serviço. Nao recomendo ninguém a ficar no hotel ... ales de ser bem localizado o serviço e muito ruim pelo preço que cobram ...

Custo-benefício bom para quem não pretender sair da Barra.

Atendentes educados e solidários. Quartos limpos e confortáveis. Localização com opção para lazer, bares, shopping e academia.
