整體裝修風格比較落後，和當地經濟情況也有關係。看中它的地理位置，就在海灘邊上，但是服務堪憂，難以匹配這個品牌，入住時間為15點，一直等到15:25才發房卡，海景房也是有遮擋的，訂房網站並沒有在介紹頁面體現，房間裡晚上都能聽到電梯的聲音，隔音很差

位置不錯 出門就是沙灘 寄存行李很方便 沙灘還有毛巾和遮陽傘服務 房間設施一般 有點老了 人很多很多 遊客和參會的主要是 早餐還可以 味道也行

We had a good stay at the Hilton. The location of the hotel is perfect. The staff was veey kind and helpful. We received a 50dollar daily discount on food and bev which was a nice surprise. The food at the restaurants was amazing, but the service on our first night was a bit slow. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again.

Hotel room is huge, the facility is a bit old and the windows are not top to bottom, but I still get amazing views.. There's no free bottled water provided. This is a very odd thing for a five star hotel. I used the spa treatment as well, it was okay. The location is very good, right next to the beach. There is a big supermarket nearby.

Hotel max 3 gwiazdki. Pokoje stan fatalny. Szafa na ubrania 30 letnia nie zamykająca się z 5 wieszakami. Łazienka totalna żenada. Wszędzie panujący grzyb i kamień. Brak jakiegokolwiek komfortu. Praca wind słyszalna w pokoju, uniemożliwia sen i wypoczynek. Śniadania dla molo wymagających a o kąciku bezglutenowym już nie wspomnę. Nie polecam wrogowi. Na trzy prośby, zmiany pokoju rezerwacji lub kategorii pokoju zawsze słyszeliśmy nie. Tak samo jak ja NIE POLECAM

위치도 좋고 주변 호텔 중 층수가 이렇게 높은 곳이 없어보였네요. 전망이 매우좋고 서비스도 아주 좋습니다. 다만 공용스파가 좀 더 청결히 관리 되면 좋겠습니다.

My first time at Hilton Copacabana and never again! - Waited forever at checkin and checkout. Huge line of guests, but instead of staffing up the reception, guests were just kept waiting. - Waited forever on elevators during breakfast rush hours and in the evening. - Gym poorly equipped. - Worst of all: I kept my valuables all in the safe and gave tipps to the housekeeping every day, but made the mistake to keep my Ray Ban sunglasses openly on the table in my apartment one day and it was stolen. And the hotel never responded to my claim. This is just disgraceful for such a hotel chain. Never again Hilton!

Clean hotel, but old and worn out. The elevator was very loud, even though it wasn't close to our room. We stayed here for the rooftop bar and the incredible view from above. The food and cocktails at Isabel Lounge were fantastic. The hotel offers free umbrellas, chairs and towels on the beach. My stay here was 5 days, so I had the opportunity to evaluate the breakfast.I wish there were more variety of products, Hilton is not a cheap hotel at all!

O café da manhã é péssimo! Ninguém atende, o tratamento é discriminatório e não existe nenhuma variedade. Todos os dias repetem os mesmos três tipos de bolo, o pão é velho e nada fresco, não servem refrigerantes e não há sequer opções de croissant. Os legumes são ridículos: só pepino e tomate. Você mesmo tem que arrumar a mesa, porque ninguém ajuda em nada. O serviço de quarto também é muito ruim: a ajuda nunca chega de imediato. Quando você está em grupo, não colaboram em nada e ainda fazem distinção na escolha das mesas. No geral, a experiência é horrível. O café da manhã é de péssima qualidade e o hotel não merece de forma alguma 5 estrelas. Não recomendo de jeito nenhum!
