Good hotel very quiet on thirteenth floor. Breakfast is good especially the quality of the fruit but the same selection every day. What’s nice about this hotel is no noise from neighboring rooms and each floor has very few rooms. I wish the hotel had an ice machine. Room was clean. Mattresses a bit hard but not terrible. Individual air conditioning units in each room permitted easy adjustment of room temperature.

O quarto tem tamanho bom e a localização é excelente (proximo ao Posto 5), mas a limpeza do banheiro e o café da manhã estavam muito aquém do esperado. Pelo preço cobrado você encontra opções melhores em Copacabana.

Hotel com estilo bem estilo clássico, com instalações bonitas e confortáveis. Quarto amplo, lençois e toalhas super limpos e trocadas diariamente. Serviço de limpeza e arrumação ótimos. Tivemos um vazamento no box do banheiro que foi resolvido horas depois de reportado, foram bem prestativos com todas as demandas. Ressalva na política de receber terceiros no quarto (apenas para visita) não foi permitido. No geral, o serviço e atendimento aos hóspedes é muito bom.

Durante todo tempo de hospedagem, não conseguimos usar a piscina do hotel, pois alegaram estar em manutenção.
Chegando no quarto, a hidromassagem fazia um barulho horrível, e depois de 10 minutos ligada, em uma das saídas começou a sair ferrugem, parecia bem velha.
Iriamos trocar de quarto, mas já haviamos sido informados por outros hóspedes que realmente passaram pelo mesmo problema.
A única coisa legal do hotel é o atendimento e o café da manhã, de resto falta muita organização, principalmente a parte da piscina, que poderiam instalar um chuveirão antes dos hóspedes entrarem na piscina.
Esperava voltar novamente mais vezes com a família, mas infelizmente agora devo procurar outro hotel.

I had a wonderful experience at the this Hotel. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! This is the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway. The downtown area on Main Street is a best kept secret and the offers everything you need if you don’t feel like venturing out. Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!
