I had a great stay at Hotel Atlântico Rio! They kindly allowed me to check in a few hours early, which made a big difference after a long journey. The staff were warm, helpful, and professional throughout my visit. The breakfast was fresh and satisfying, with plenty of options to start the day right. One of the best parts is the location — just a short walk to Copacabana Beach, perfect for catching the sunrise. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Rio.

Ficamos hospedados por 4 noites e tivemos uma experiência decepcionante. O banheiro apresentava mofo, o secador de cabelo não funcionava direito e vários acabamentos do quarto estavam quebrados. O ar condicionado parou de funcionar durante a estadia. Além disso, a limpeza do quarto era muito ruim — o quarto permanecia sujo mesmo após a “limpeza”. O café da manhã era relativamente bom e o chuveiro também era bom, o que foram os poucos pontos positivos. Ainda assim, pelo valor pago e pelo que foi anunciado, a experiência ficou muito abaixo do esperado.

Ao chegar, queriam me colocar em um quarto diferente ao contratado. Precisei provar que o quarto contratado divergia do oferecido. Para acessar ao quarto, precisava reativar o cartão-chave em cada oportunidade, tendo de recorrer a recepção do Hotel de 4-5 vezes ao dia, o que gerava perda de tempo e mal estar. Por último, o colchão era muito velho. Dava pra sentir a protuberancia das molas machucando as costas. As almofadas eram baixas e só davam 1 por hóspede. Não havia mantas extras para as noites frias. As noite de sono não eram reparadoras. Não sei como era classificado com 4 estrelas. Não voltarei.

Das Zimmer war leider eine große Enttäuschung. Es war extrem klein – kaum Platz, um sich richtig zu bewegen, geschweige denn das Gepäck unterzubringen. Der Safe war defekt, was bei der heutigen Sicherheitslage wirklich ärgerlich ist. Insgesamt machte das Zimmer einen stark renovierungsbedürftigen Eindruck und erinnerte eher an ein dunkles Loch als an eine Unterkunft, in der man sich wohlfühlen kann. Für den Preis absolut nicht angemessen.

Habitaciones con agua caliente mala, me cambiaron de pieza y no hicieron el cambio en el sistema, a eso de las 7 am alguien abrió mi pieza porque no sabían que estaba ocupada, malas camas, mala limpieza. Lo único bueno el desayuno. Instalación antigua con evidentes problemas, no recomiendo si es que gustan de un buen servicio, una buena limpieza y rápidas soluciones. Me dejaban las toallas sucias y tenía que pedir recambio, no ponían confort y tenía que pedir recambio, etc. 2 estrellas es mucho, la ubicación y desayuno lo único rescatable. No recomendable

Good location in Copacabana beach area and near metro station. The reception staff is insufficient, and the service is very slow, resulting in long queues. The hotel, including the rooms, is quite old. The elevator is outdated and very slow, making it time-consuming to use. There is a fee for luggage storage (30 BRL), and bottled water is not complimentary (7.5 BRL/bottle).

Es la segunda vez que me quedo en ese hotel. Es una buena opción para cuando se elije quedarse en Copacabana. Tiene a 4 cuadras la playa y muchos restaurantes y tiendas comerciales. El desayuno es bueno. La cama es cómoda. El aire acondicionado funciono bien.
