酒店設施比較老舊，房間小。但位置不錯，海灘邊上。

位置很好，在房間就能看到大海。

Hotel in ottima posizione ! Tutto il resto da dimenticare . Colazione con tanti prodotti ma di basso livello non da un 4 stelle . I signori alla reception super antipatici e maleducati. Le stanze terribili , letti usurati . Bagno della Hall , completamente sporco e non lo fanno pulire . Ascensore rotta . Al 2 giorno che si alloggiava nel hotel dei clienti sono rimasti bloccati per 40 minuti dentro . E dopo hanno chiuso una ascensore . La mia compagna è rimasta rinchiusa nel bagno della hall e nessuno è andato ad aiutarla , sono dovuta andare io perché mi ha chiamato disperata sul cellulare . Unica nota positiva la posizione . Non vale quello che costa . Ci sono hotel 100 volte meglio e che costano meno . Hotel vecchio al interno e tenuto male . Ultimo giorno siamo venuti a sapere che avevamo le sdraio gratis alla baracca 77 davanti al hotel ,ma al momento del check-in non ci è stato detto . Assolutamente non consigliato se non volete regalare i vostri soldi e rimanere delusi .

The location is great, however you should be aware that the you pay so much for the location and that's it. Standard double room is not spacious, with very small window. The hotel itself is far-far away from luxury, for Europe it looks like 2-3 stars, definitely not 4. The main advantage is rooftop, where you can see beautiful Copacabana beach from 14th floor. This terrace is open for every guest of hotel, even on New Year's eve for free. The service is poor: gentlemen on reception talked indifferently, barely understanding english. They even gave us misleading information: for example, one of them told I need to get up at 7:30 sharp to give belongings for laundry (and no chance to do it in advance or later), the second was sure that we needed to pay for New Year's dinner to have access to rooftop (he didn't know the word "terrace", by the way). Both were wrong. The breakfast was mediocre, with Fanta pretending to be orange juice and no vegetables at all, but with fair good cheeses and deserts though. The service in the bar is very-very slow.

Já é 4 vez seguida em que ficamos no Astoria, porém fizemos o checkin a noite e pra nossa tristeza jogaram nós no 1 andar onde era um quarto de acredito eu uma PCD… solicitamos algo melhor porém ficou só pro outros dia. Nesse mesmo quarto a vista nem existia onde eu mesmo reservei com vista para a cidade, café agradável limpeza também, atendimento do PEDRO em especial top… o da noite mal nos respondeu

Понравилось местоположение отеля - первая линия, но ещё и в самом удачном месте относительно линии пляжа, магазинов и ресторанов. Отелем очень довольна, номер понравился, было все необходимое, также был вид на пляж Копокобана. Персонал на ресепшен прекрасно говорил по английски, отвечали на мои вопросы и помогали. Вечером на террасе на крыше приятно провести время в баре с красивым видом. Также можно получить пляжные полотенце и пойти на пляж напротив отеля. Хороший завтрак.

The hotel has a nice location on the beach, but the property could do with some updates. The first room I went into had a funny smell, so I reported it to reception. The male receptionist looked at me, and as if he doubted my word After I insisted, he assigned me a new room, but it was left to me to move my luggage. . No support was offered and I couldn’t be bothered to ask. I did ask if there would be any complimentary water put in the room. He said he would get housekeeping to put some water, but I’m still waiting two days later.  Power outlets in the room are limited and not designed for modern travel. No USB points. The TV is old and not smart or Internet connected. There are no cable channels so nearly all of the channels are local language apart from one CNN news channel in English.. The hotel is quite noisy and dogs. The walls are thin and guests scrape furniture across the marble floors. This is relatively easy to remedy if the hotel cared. The rooftop pool was disappointing as it’s quite small and normally full of kids. The restaurant is closed after breakfast. There is a bar, but it’s never open.. The biggest problem I had was the Internet. It did not work properly in my room and kept cutting out every few minutes. I had to stand in the corridor or come down to the lobby in order to get any decent coverage. I complained to the staff, but they did nothing and just told me it works.. This was extremely frustrating and I certainly wouldn’t come back to this hotel again.

Nice hotel that near to the beach, with rooftop pool. Staff are also supportive and nice.
