達科他曼徹斯特機場酒店 (Dakota Manchester Airport)

Had an amazing pre-flight stay. The hotel is gorgeous and the staff are super friendly and helpful. A truly great way to start a holiday.

Absolutely first class customer care and service from the moment I arrived!!🌟. A friendly greeting from the concierge outside of the hotel Then a lovely, warm, welcoming smiley greeting from the exceptional receptionist, who was professional, courteous, polite, informative, respectful, friendly & chatty, which made me feel very welcome!. Unfortunately I didn't catch her name, but she told me she was originally from Newcastle!☺️. She is a credit to your hotel!!🌟 As are all of the other members of your amazing team!!🌟. My room was perfect!! 'King Classic' So tastefully decorated and Absolutely impeccably spotlessly clean!! (Amazing Housekeeping) The facilities were excellent, i had everything i needed. The bed was so comfortable!!, comfy pillows, had a perfect night's sleep!💤. The shower was amazing!!, and lovely fluffy towels! The whole ambience of the hotel i found incredibly warm and welcoming and the team members are second to none!🌟 just when I thought customer care and service was a thing of the past!!, your hotel and your team, proved its still alive!!. The shuttle service to the airport terminal, is genius!!🌟 A big Thank you to all of the team in the hotel who make this a stand out hotel and "A cut above the rest!!" 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Alan Tierney
