The hotel is within walking distance to the beach and some nice restaurants. However, I was on the 5th floor which required carrying luggage up an extra flight from the first floor and wifi could not reach the room. You could also hear partying from across the street in the room. Other than that the air conditioning was good and the room was clean so a pretty good stay if you aren't too picky.

這個酒店在義大利肯定是性價比很高的酒店了，當然是在平時，而不是有展會的時候，房間大小中規中矩，很乾凈，前台很熱情，下次來裡米尼還願意住這裡。

Очень холодно встретили , пляж на самом деле не эксклюзивный , как указано , а просто платный по обычной стоимости для Римини . В номере нет зубной щетки , для 4 звёзд -это не уровень . Вид с балкона и правда на море боковой , красиво . Завтрак достойный !

Overall a basic hotel, thin blankets no duvets Italian style. The view from the 2nd floor isn’t really of the sea, more of the sidewalk so please take note. The staff were really really nice and helpful. Good location from beach but it’s quite a walk from the train station especially with luggages. Our room 216 also had a bit of a sewage smell sometimes but it goes away after a while.
