Very dated and basic. Laundry bags outside the room down the corridor, not the cleanest of bathrooms! Some light switches didn’t work, no hairdryer despite the website saying there was. However the staff on reception were very helpful and polite.

I love this hotel. Close to Richmond station. The only thing is that rooms need some work as window handles are loosen/broken.

The location is perfect! Hotel team was very nice, polite and helpful! Room was quite big and nice. Had a good sleep there. Right now hotel is having the renovation so be prepared for a noise after 8 am.

Unfortunately I was not informed at the time of the booking that there was construction work going on, so the area out of the room was not great. Also had to ask 3 times for a kettle that was missing and then I still never got one. The hotel had not responded to my complaint registered with 訂房網站.

Very welcoming and helpful reception team. Ranked low on amenities as the hotel is currently undergoing renovations, however the water was hot and the room and bed clean. Would still happily book again, ideal for quick overnighter for work 訂房網站 and value for money considering the location.

Beds were rock hard. Shower screen broken beyond repair. Very old facilities and felt like a cheap B&B room from 90’s. Slanted floors and curtains not closing fully. Lots of building work going on outside which meant an early wake up.  Kettle and minimal condiments were helpful. Worthwhile if your expectations and price are low enough and you don’t care about much comfort or a quiet nights sleep. Great location next to Richmond train station.

Easy to find, parking at hotel very limited ( I managed ). Although plenty at the train station. Room was clean, but dated, in need of a make over.
