My boyfriend and I had a fantastic time at Harbour Hotel. The facilities are amazing, we especially enjoyed access to the Spa. Highly recommended for a weekend away from thr hustle and bustle of city life (although a short bus ride from Richmond centre).

The hotel offered us room 001 on the cellar floor, which was situated directly under the reception area. It was extremely noisy, and it felt like someone was walking on our heads. As that was the only available room for the night, we decided to leave and requested a refund. However, they still haven't gotten back to us about it, which is very disappointing.
