スーツケースは預かってもらえません。もっと最悪なのはホテルなのにシャワー、水道の水が出ないことです。２泊したけど水が出ず、歯磨きも洗髪もできない。水が出なくなるのは1回だけじゃないと他の人が言っていたので恐らく日常的に水の供給が止まるのでしょう。 これについて返金もないし、補償もない。 最低なホテルでした。

とても清潔な部屋で、一晩過ごすのには十分な設備が整っておりました。ドライヤーだけ部屋に備え付けがないのですが、フロントで貸してもらえます。アクセスも良く、周りにはレストランやショッピング街など充実しており、高級住宅街の街の中にあるイメージです。

book at your own risks - if u want a quick over nite this might be ok, heater not working well, stained linens, no hair dryer, room super duper small, no space to place even a carry-on, impatient receptionist & very poor service, safety hazards on the wet floor in the bathroom (with a sign to remind guests) but i wonder why no bath mat was provided at all. location wise is about 4-minute walk from Richmond Station if u don’t get lost in that zig-zagged route.

Hotel limpio y moderno. Lo recomiendo por precio. A 40 minutos del centro con Transporte Público.

There is no service for luggage storage, which is very unfriendly for the internationals who travel a long way to here. The window in the room is locked and not able to open for fresh air. These are the basic services.
