If you are looking for a budget hotel, this one is a good choice with a good location (West Richmond Station) but limited facilities. Free coffee and tea are also provided, food with 10AUD, a towel is provided, but no body care (shampoo, toothbrush, etc) is provided. Lastly, good service also provided.

位置近cbd 20分鐘就到了，衛生比想像中乾淨，雖然廁所浴室是共用，每天都清潔打掃沒有汙跡，而且員工十分有時幫我解決問題，個人旅行住宿性價比之選

Rude receptionist, not a smile, didn't respond to my "goodbye" No quality of service. They charge you for the smallest service, even to keep a bag. For the price per night, you will find a better and much nicer hostel!

Kind of dirty and messy… you will feel very itchy once you sleep on the bed…. The shower facilities are quite poor… parking is first come first serve and lasts only till 7am next day… really not recommended

For the price it’s what you would expected, although the room was very noisy with traffic, the bed was super uncomfortable and my door did not lock, would recommend paying slightly more for a better experience

I have to move house thats y i book to stay there . U cant check in earlier even 1 minutes . Bed is very hard to sleep on. Next to train station . Never be quiet . And then owner charge me extra 10$ when i wanna keep my luggage there after check out ( just for 2 hour) as im checking out earlier . :))) . I stayed around the world . I feel like this house is so ridiculous . Especially the owner is not happy to see the customer

Hot water takes a bit of time to heat up but very good. Secure and safe building. Management might seem not good but they actually don't want to get in your way unless you really need them. Pretty user friendly for travellers.
